Your company was my 4th call on a Friday afternoon about 4pm. First three had voicemail or robots. I actually spoke with a nice lady when I called you. Explained my problems and she surprised me by saying she could have a tech out the next morning…Saturday… between 8 & 10 am . Your tech called me around 7:30 saying he would arrive in about 15 minutes. He was off by a minute or two earlier! He checked out my problems, offered multiple options. I made my choice, he got to work and completed the task, double checked his work and was out in about an hour. I would recommend your company to anyone that asks me about garage door service. I choose Precision Door because of good reviews. My 23 yr old springs exploded, snaped my cables and disengaged my opener. I called at 5am, reached a live person and was able to get service by noon that day. The two associates were both professional and knowledgeable. The service guy explained my options, and we made a decision. Service was complete by days end and we love our new system. Thank you!!!! I gave 5 stars because of our experience with the Precision team was pleasant, however, they are a bit pricey. :)

they were great from start to finish. I was surprised how reasonable the cost of a new door was including installation. They were prompt and friendly from the estimate to ordering to delivery and installation. Ray did a great job installing the new door and the new opener (which I had purchased prior but had not installed it yet). They did this for a very reasonable additional amount. I can't believe how quiet it is now, it's almost silent. My old one sounded so noisy. Very happy with Precision door of Lexington

Excellent experience from start to finish - got an appointment with very little waiting time, received text messages along the way to confirm appt and an alert was sent when the technician was on his way. Our tech Dylan was superb: he called to confirm his ETA, explained things very well once on-site, was friendly, courteous, and informed me of the costs for repair and maintenance ahead of time once he saw the garage doors. Dylan's skills were amazing in terms of efficiency and making it look easy (which, to the layperson, it was not) and he cleaned everything up before he left. We were completely satisfied with the repairs and maintenance performed and very pleased with the overall experience with Precision and with Dylan. This was our first time working with Precision and will definitely rely on them for future needs. Now in retrospect it's easy to see why there were so many very positive reviews and here I am, adding one more to the list.

Dillon came out and was wonderful and knowledgeable in product. We have a mowing business as a side income and needed our door spring fixed before the new door and motor would come in. He got approved a short term fix to allow us to get our equipment out. I’m looking forward to a new door, motor and the works. We had to call on a weekend and were very happy with the quick scheduling.
