Daren did a great job installing a new garage door opener, rails and rollers. The old opener did not work and rollers were generating a lot of friction for the opener. He explained everything very thoroughly before he started the job. Would definitely have Precision do any follow up work if/when needed.

I was amazed at the quick response (within minutes) to my online contact on a Saturday. A service call was scheduled for Monday AM. I was contacted by text and then phone when the tech was on his way. The tech was very knowledgeable and explained what needed to be done and what other things I might want to do. There was no pressure. A recommendation from 2 friends, the BBB rating and the reviews on here were correct. The work was done well, quickly and as proposed.

We used Precision a few years ago to repair our damaged garage door. The great service then prompted us to call again with additional wear and tear damage. Daren Denton was wonderful to work with! Professional and extremely nice. He made repairs, but also took the time to quote and explain different options for a replacement since that will need to happen. Door is currently functioning properly, but we will definitely use Precision in the future. Highly recommend!

I had been referred by a colleague to Precision when my Overhead Door garage door stopped working completely on Friday. My colleague said that Precision was, by far, the better company (because she had also had difficulty with Overhead). A technician couldn't get here until Monday morning first thing (another indicator of how good Precision is -- they are busy!). The scheduler couldn't have been nice and more empathic with my situation. She got me in with Dylan Davis, who couldn't have been professional, efficient, and kind. The garage door is now working gloriously! It's so quiet! I am very impressed and will be referring others to Precision moving forward!

I called Precision for service on our 32 year old opener. When it refused to work on 6/30/25, I investigated and found the sprocket had detached from the motor spindle. An appoint was set for the next morning. Justin Byers called me ahead of time to tell m he would be there. That was preceded by a text with his name and photo. It turned out that my opener was not repairable - not surprising for a 32 year old unit. He offered to sell me a new unit and went over the options he suggested. He had the unit on his truck and it was fully installed in 2 hours. I am very please. I cannot say enough good things about Justin's work and professionalism. The most important things to me in selecting Precision was reading the multiple reviews. I would certainly use them again.

Dylan was knowledgeable. He pointed out bearings that are worn out along with other parts and equipment. We had called for replacement of springs and bottom garage door seal. Now we have a complete new garage door system with a 10 year warranty. This system is unbelievably quiet. Dylan made sure we knew how to use everything before he left. Very nice young man.

I chose Precision Door Service after seeing the high reviews. Their website gave me the option to schedule on line with several dates & times available. What a game changer!! My appointment was confirmed immediately, with a reminder text the evening. Asking me to confirm. Justin Byers called to let me know he was on his way. He was prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, informative and quickly diagnosed the problem. He did not have the unit I needed for replacement, but informed me they had been ordered and were awaiting confirmation. Once they arrive, I will be scheduled for service. He looked at my second door and agreed that the seals needed replacement. That will be done as well. I’m very happy with this service call. Justin explained everything as he trouble shot the problem. I recently purchased 2 new garage doors and openers from Precision Garage Door Service. Dillon, the sales associate, was very helpful and answered all my questions. I noticed about three feet of the rubber seal at the door base was partially disconnected. Called Precision and they sent a technician the next day to not only repair it, but lube the rails which made the door quieter.
