Dylan was knowledgeable. He pointed out bearings that are worn out along with other parts and equipment. We had called for replacement of springs and bottom garage door seal. Now we have a complete new garage door system with a 10 year warranty. This system is unbelievably quiet. Dylan made sure we knew how to use everything before he left. Very nice young man.

I chose Precision Door Service after seeing the high reviews. Their website gave me the option to schedule on line with several dates & times available. What a game changer!! My appointment was confirmed immediately, with a reminder text the evening. Asking me to confirm. Justin Byers called to let me know he was on his way. He was prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, informative and quickly diagnosed the problem. He did not have the unit I needed for replacement, but informed me they had been ordered and were awaiting confirmation. Once they arrive, I will be scheduled for service. He looked at my second door and agreed that the seals needed replacement. That will be done as well. I’m very happy with this service call. Justin explained everything as he trouble shot the problem. I was given all the facts, shown the pricing on different units & was not pressured or oversold. I highly recommend Precision! As a homeowner, they will definitely continue to have my business.

I recently purchased 2 new garage doors and openers from Precision Garage Door Service. Dillon, the sales associate, was very helpful and answered all my questions. I was notified after a short period for an appointment to install the new doors and openers. The install tech, Ray Clem, called the morning of the install date and confirmed his arrival time. The knowledge and the skills of Ray during the installation were exceptional. From start to finish, the process could not have been better. Thank You again for the excellent service.

I noticed about three feet of the rubber seal at the door base was partially disconnected. Called Precision and they sent a technician the next day to not only repair it, but lube the rails which made the door quieter. Andrew came and replaced two broken springs on our garage door. He was fantastic! He was so kind and had the whole door fixed in one hour. He was also able to come the day after the door broke and was able to get it fixed fast. I would definitely use precision door again and would 100% recommend Andrew as the technician

Highly recommend. I have used another company for years, but they were closed on weekends and I needed my door repaired on Saturday since I could not put it down. Called Saturday morning and they were at my home Saturday afternoon and repaired my door. Andrew Scherfee, the technician, was very knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. He also showed me how I could lubricate my door myself instead of paying someone to do it. He also was very thorough and went over everything he repaired on my door. I am going to switch from the company I have used for years, to Precision Door Service. Great service!

On time arrival. Tech showed me the problem and explained needed repairs. Tech had all necessary parts and tools required on the truck. Job was finished in less time than I expected. Tech was friendly and pleasant to talk with. I don’t usually write reviews but had to acknowledge this exceptional same day response to fix an inoperable garage door.

Our service request was prompted by incessant beeps emanating from the wall control panel plus red & amber blinking lights. Dylan Davis arrived promptly, tried various solutions ultimately to no avail and advised me that there was no apparent solution. We later concluded that our best (only?) option was to have a simple push button wall control installed. Dylan returned the next day and tried to get a different model wall control to respond to the 8500 opener. That did not work out for whatever reason so Dylan reinstalled the MyQ wall control and finally was able to configure it so that it was pairing with the 8500 opener. Since then, we have not experienced any beeping noises nor blinking lights on the control panel. Dylan was persistent and positive throughout his visit. We would also like to ask for whatever aid you can provide in securing for us a replacement cover for the 8500; somehow during some service call (not Dylan's) the top of the cover has a crack in it so I have used some electrical tape to keep it shut so that insects do not get inside of the unit. Appreciate whatever your office can do.
