Daren was great to work with. Explained all the problems with the door, not the least of which is that it was installed in 2005 so it's pretty old. He's going to bring it up to standard, explained everything he will do and I welcome an updated system.

Daren arrived on time, listened to our complaints and performed a good overall inspection. Daren offered several options to correct the issues we were having with our overhead garage door. After we agreed to the repairs and replacements, Daren went to work without delay from a well stocked service truck. Upon completion of his work he discussed the repairs and replacements and took ample time to review the features and operation of our new door opener. I am happy to state that our 30 year old overhead Clopay door now operates more smoothly and quietly than it did when it was installed 30 years ago. I am very pleased with the repairs and replacements and the service. I will say without hesitation or reservation, "I will never use any other overhead repair or installation service ever again". As a long-time customer of Precision, I again called them last week when I had a problem with my garage door opener. Within half an hour of my call, Daren Denton and Christian (I believe that's his name) came and installed a new motor, new rollers, the correct size springs and more - and got my door working perfectly. Daren was very knowledgeable and within a reasonably short period of time they did a lot of work replacing and setting up my new opener. I very much appreciated their prompt response to my call and I will continue to rely on Precision for any future needs. I was totally satisfied with their pleasant and efficient visit.

Hello I selected Precision Door Service for my garage door needs based on other exemplary reviews and the fact they are a locally owned company. The technician arrived and presented me with multiple options from some minor service repairs to a major overhaul and even a replacement option. There were no pressure tactics and the technician was happy to take whatever option I choose. We are choosing replacement as we were strongly considering replacing it anyway due to approximate 90% on average ROI. They even already have use scheduled for next week.

Have done business with Precision in the past and was pleased with the quality of work. Was a little disappointed that the Technician did not notice the need to install and electrical outlet until after he had begun working. This caused a reconsideration and change of plans.
