Our service request was prompted by incessant beeps emanating from the wall control panel plus red & amber blinking lights. Dylan Davis arrived promptly, tried various solutions ultimately to no avail and advised me that there was no apparent solution. We later concluded that our best (only?) option was to have a simple push button wall control installed. Dylan returned the next day and tried to get a different model wall control to respond to the 8500 opener. That did not work out for whatever reason so Dylan reinstalled the MyQ wall control and finally was able to configure it so that it was pairing with the 8500 opener. Since then, we have not experienced any beeping noises nor blinking lights on the control panel. Dylan was persistent and positive throughout his visit. We would also like to ask for whatever aid you can provide in securing for us a replacement cover for the 8500; somehow during some service call (not Dylan's) the top of the cover has a crack in it so I have used some electrical tape to keep it shut so that insects do not get inside of the unit. Appreciate whatever your office can do.

Justin replaced a failed motherboard in one of our new garage door motors. He was courteous and professional while working with me in person and over the phone with a technical support representative for the manufacturer. The entire process took well over an hour but Justin was patient and fully resolved the issue.

we had used Precision a couple years ago and were very pleased with their service and called them today for an issued with our door. We had a door overhaul done and a new garage door opener system installed. Christian was our technician and he was very professional, knowledgeable and very personable and answered our questions to help us make the right decisions. He had what he needed on his truck to do all the work and everything was completed in a timely manner. Would highly recommend Precision to anyone needing their garage door serviced.

Contacted Precision when my old door failed. Isaac responded and came out the next day to give me a quote for a replacement door. Discussed options and a quote was delivered on the spot and a new door ordered. Once the door arrived, it was installed the next day. The installer (Andrew) did a great job! Highly recommend.

I would especially like to commend Daren Denton, who handled the repair process with great care and thoroughness. He took the time to explain every aspect of the job and provided clear solutions, ensuring that I understood the necessary repairs. His attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship truly set your service apart. Due to age, my Life Master needed to be replaced. Daren, also repaired little things that were ready to go and would have meant another visit. I will continue to recommend your business to my friends. Thank you again for your outstanding service.

Daren was great to work with. Explained all the problems with the door, not the least of which is that it was installed in 2005 so it's pretty old. He's going to bring it up to standard, explained everything he will do and I welcome an updated system.

Daren arrived on time, listened to our complaints and performed a good overall inspection. Daren offered several options to correct the issues we were having with our overhead garage door. After we agreed to the repairs and replacements, Daren went to work without delay from a well stocked service truck. Upon completion of his work he discussed the repairs and replacements and took ample time to review the features and operation of our new door opener. I am happy to state that our 30 year old overhead Clopay door now operates more smoothly and quietly than it did when it was installed 30 years ago. I am very pleased with the repairs and replacements and the service. I will say without hesitation or reservation, "I will never use any other overhead repair or installation service ever again". PDS of Lexington gets my business and my solid recommendation.
