He explained the issue and offered three levels of pricing to address our repair. We chose the long-term repair and feel that we got the best deal for our money. Sorry ,not gonna be a good review here,you're company recommended my garage door opener along with my garage door,now your technician says that it was a bad choice,I paid 75 dollars for a service call,and was told that my "mother board" was bad ,he didn't even do a diagnostic check! I want my my money back immediately! This was a joke ! How could he know that the mother board is bad without doing a diagnostic check? Your service is shit and your technician was shit!

Two years ago I had Precision replace the two-car garage door opener at my house with a new, belt-driven, top-of-the-line system with camera, wifi connectivity and all the bells and whistles. Everything included, I paid around $700, which I found very reasonable. When the tenant at my rental property called the other day to tell me that her one-car garage door was not working, it was a no-brainer. I called Precision and scheduled a technician to go take a look. After a few minutes, the tech gave me three options: replacing the system for $1,300, replacing some parts for $1,200, or installing a conversion kit for $624. I understand that prices today are not the prices of two years ago but I have the distinct feeling that I overpaid. The entire job took less than 45 minutes.

I had a gentleman show up about a year ago to give me an estimate which he did and I thought it was a fair estimate and he said that they would order the parts that they needed and it would be a couple weeks and someone would be back in contact and someone would be out to fix it To date I have not heard back from anyone and I’ve called twice to check and they knew nothing about it so my garage door still hasn’t been fixed so I feel not a very reliable company!

Roller Out of Track - Response was less than an hour. Service Technician, Ray Clem, was very courteous and knowledgeable. He looked beyond the immediate roller problem to make sure that all other components of door were still functioning properly. After reviewing his findings, he reviewed what needed to be done and quickly completed the repair. He manually cycled the garage door before restoring the opener hookup. Then verified the power operation was flawless. Precision installed this garage door in 2020. I was pleased then and I am pleased now.

I came home one evening and my garage door only opened about 2.5 ft. I called Precision Door and they sent someone out first thing the next morning. I had a spring break on my 40 year old garage door, so I had to have it repaired. I contacted Precision garage door service, and they sent Andrew to the rescue. He looked at it, gave me an estimate, and I gave him the okay to proceed. He thought it would be a 2 or 3 hour job. After he got into it, he started finding a lot of issues caused by decades of use and neglect. He disassembled , cleaned, and lubricated every bearing , adjusted the door tracks to get them properly aligned. Adjusted the closer because it was out of alignment. After putting it all back together , he decided that the standard springs he'd installed just weren't strong enough. It opened and closed just fine , but because my door was so old, it's made out of much heavier materials than modern doors. So he decided to swap out the standard springs for a much heavier spring. So it'll be a lot less wear on my opener. I'm shocked at how quiet the door operates now. Andrew went over routine maintenance stuff that I can do myself to keep everything up to par. I couldn't be happier with everything. Even though it took him a lot of extra time to get things perfect, he honored his original quote. And he did it on a 5 degree miserable day with a smile on his face the whole time.
