Our garage door spring broke very early on a Sunday morning making it impossible to get our car out of our garage. We contacted Precision because we had recently seen advertising for their business which actually mentioned spring repair and saw there was no extra charge for a weekend service call. The spring broke on my garage door. When reviewing with Justin Byers, we chose to do the double door torsion overhaul which included 2 Torsion springs, set of lift drums, center and end bearings, lift cables, and new rollers. We also added a new button seal and retainer for seal. Justin worked diligently to do the overhaul as efficiently, carefully, and completely as possible. He was thorough, and did quality work and explained what he was doing as he worked. Thank you Justin and Precision Door for the quality repairs.

They sent a technician, Andrew, to my house and repaired the opener within the hour! Since it was late on Friday I wasn’t expecting to have it repaired until next week much less within the hour!
