I was insulted by how much this company charges for extention cables purchased from Lowe's. The technician did not have the cables my garage used and ran to my local Lowe's to purchase. I checked their website after receiving the itemized invoice from your company and the mark up was astounding! $90 for cables that run as low as $9 and as high as $31???? The labor wasn't very long but and my technician Justin was very personable and knowledgeable. However I cannot recommend this company knowing how they over charge for parts picked up at a local hardware store.

My phone communication was prompt and polite. Even though the batteries for my opener had to be ordered, they were received and installed in less than two weeks. The service representative was prompt, polite and thorough. I would not hesitate to call Precision again or to recommend their services.

Whenever I called Precision Door - a REAL person always answered the phone and offered superior customer service. Justin was equally as impressive - he showed up on time, got right to work and did a fabulous job installing my new garage door motor/rails. WOW - was he focused on customer service - incredibly friendly and a VERY hard worker. I spoke with Will on 10-5-23. I told him about my the problem with my garage. He was polite. He told what he thought the problem was. And he quoted me a reasonable price to replace the sensors. Issac came to the house. He was nice and professional. He said the sensors was the problem. He replaced the sensors. He told me my springs would need replacing. The spring was making a poping noise. Issac replaced the spring. The cost wad reasonable. I would recommend This company.
