My boyfriend recommended you because he was so pleased with the work you did for him. I couldn't get the garage door to close all the way. I needed someone to come out as quickly as possible. I'm so grateful it only took a couple hours for Blake and Dillon to get here. Everything was explained to me in detail and most importantly, they treated me with respect and I never felt like I was being pressured or mislead. It's not always like that when you're a woman. Had problem with my garage door would not close. I Scheduled a service call for the next day. The technician was here on time but I had to have a new opener put in and he was here the next day to install on time. Great service and I am very satisfied with the technician and I would rate him a 10plus.

I was insulted by how much this company charges for extention cables purchased from Lowe's. The technician did not have the cables my garage used and ran to my local Lowe's to purchase. I checked their website after receiving the itemized invoice from your company and the mark up was astounding! $90 for cables that run as low as $9 and as high as $31???? The labor wasn't very long but and my technician Justin was very personable and knowledgeable. However I cannot recommend this company knowing how they over charge for parts picked up at a local hardware store.
