Daren, the Technician, called about 10 minutes prior to arrival. The door was operating properly when he arrived, but he noticed an installation problem with the wiring quickly. He suspects this could be causing the problems. He corrected this on both doors.

* Both 16’ and 9’ doors installed and trim wrapped in 4 hours. * Doors are beautiful and very quiet going up and down. * I didn’t realize that buying the 2 inch insulated door would keep my garage warm and reduce outside noise. Blake * Blake was so helpful selecting my doors. I told him what I wanted, and he suggested two beautiful doors. * Of the four quotes I received Blake was by far the most knowledgeable and professional. * He didn’t pressure me to buy any doors. Blake laid out my choices so I could decide for myself. Andrew * Andrew did a great job installing my 16’ door. * I had a concern one week after doors were installed. They sent Andrew back out. He addressed my concern. I had more questions about maintenance and he was most helpful answering my questions. Patrick * Patrick installed my 9’ door like he had done it thousand times before my installation. * Patrick wrapped both my garage doors trim with aluminum. Patrick’s wrapping skills were beyond my expectations. * I could tell he had 30+ years of experience.

Isaac was very professional, clean and expedient. I did notice after he completed the repair and I closed the door that the very last cycle seems like the arm that attaches to the track was very upright and seems like the last couple of inches forced a surge of down force. I seem to remember that arm having a bit more angle. May need an adjustment? Again though, overall very happy to have peace of mind from a professionally serviced door! Thank you

The afternoon prior to Thanksgiving the spring on my garage door broke… unfortunately my car was in the garage. I called Precision and spoke with a very helpful Molly who after hearing my story arrange an appointment for that evening. The repair person, Daren Denton was very knowledgeable and polite. He explained my options. The outside of the door already had a big dent and I was hoping to call Precision after the holidays ( note: I am a first time customer referred by my sister) to discuss replacing the door. Daren replaced the spring and assisted in ordering a replacement door. I am so appreciative of the timely and excellent service. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door and I am very thankful to Daren!!

I have lived in Kentucky for 19 years and I have met no finer man. Patrick, was very honest and knowledgeable. I can truthfully say his attention to detail and skill level were Above and beyond my expectations. As a customer I’m most pleased with our garage door and the finished look of our cottage. Patrick took only two days to open the wall and install the garage door and we talked at length. Aside from being an asset to his employer, this man has now become someone, I call good friend.

I got an estimate on Tuesday and the work was done on Thursday. I am happy with the speed and knowledge with which the work was done. I am pleased with the explanation afterwards of how everything works. My purchase was for new springs, keypad, door openers, another brace, and a new motor. When I bought the house last year, the garage door did not work well.

Hello I called Precision Door in hopes of repairing my basement garage door. Blake Angel was the tech they sent out on the same day I called. Before Blake showed up he sent me a text with his name and picture so I would know what he looked like. Which I very much appreciate. Blake was very courteous and knowledgeable of all that I needed to do to fix the problem we were having. So he sent me an estimate and we will be having precision door replace the garage door and adding an opener for easier access. And to seal the door better to keep air out. I will be having the garage door installed after my basement drywall has been installed. So I will be more than happy to leave another review when the job is totally complete.
