Precision was the first garage door operation I pulled up on the internet. I today feel very blessed to have found them and ask for a quote. My sales man Blake Angel, was prompt and professional. He took time to answer my questions and helped me make sound decisions. When it came to the install date, Patrick Kowalewski arrived as my install technician. I have lived in Kentucky for 19 years and I have met no finer man. Patrick, was very honest and knowledgeable. I can truthfully say his attention to detail and skill level were Above and beyond my expectations. As a customer I’m most pleased with our garage door and the finished look of our cottage. Patrick took only two days to open the wall and install the garage door and we talked at length. Aside from being an asset to his employer, this man has now become someone, I call good friend.

I had seen on Facebook where many people had used Precision Door Service and were very satisfied with their service. I was getting ready to go shopping and we realized we had a broken garage door spring. I realized it was Veterans Day, but called anyway. The technician, Isaac came out quickly replaced both springs. I got an estimate on Tuesday and the work was done on Thursday. I am happy with the speed and knowledge with which the work was done. I am pleased with the explanation afterwards of how everything works. My purchase was for new springs, keypad, door openers, another brace, and a new motor. Hello I called Precision Door in hopes of repairing my basement garage door. Blake Angel was the tech they sent out on the same day I called. Before Blake showed up he sent me a text with his name and picture so I would know what he looked like. Which I very much appreciate. Blake was very courteous and knowledgeable of all that I needed to do to fix the problem we were having. So he sent me an estimate and we will be having precision door replace the garage door and adding an opener for easier access. And to seal the door better to keep air out. I will be having the garage door installed after my basement drywall has been installed. So I will be more than happy to leave another review when the job is totally complete. Thank you to Blake Angel and any other people that has helped me at Precision Door of Lexington

Our garage door spring broke the night before. I had seen the advertisement on TV about same day repair (with all parts stocked on their van) from Precision Garage Door Service. I booked an appointment the next day through their on-line portal. Really easy to schedule. I received a text confirmation and follow-up texts the next day even included a picture of the technician. Isaac Smoot arrived on time and provided several options/estimates. He did a great job and it took less than 2 hours to repair, replace (springs, rollers and cables) and clean up. The equipment on the garage door was probably over 30 years old. I appreciate the 10-yr. warranty. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service for any repairs.

When we moved into our townhouse in Palomar Hills we noticed a little medal plate attached to the garage wall. Never had to refer to it until recently, twenty five year later when our garage door needed repair. I immediately thought about that little plate on the wall. Called the number. Was treated kindly and helpfully. Couldn’t have been nicer. The kind voice said “Sure I can send someone tomorrow.” That someone, a lovely young man was at my door at the appointed time. Went straight to work and the garage door was good as new in two hours. Amazing! It is Mimi’s a quiet garage door that works perfectly. I had seen ads for the company on Facebook and decided to give them a try.
