Our garage door spring broke the night before. I had seen the advertisement on TV about same day repair (with all parts stocked on their van) from Precision Garage Door Service. I booked an appointment the next day through their on-line portal. Really easy to schedule. I received a text confirmation and follow-up texts the next day even included a picture of the technician. Isaac Smoot arrived on time and provided several options/estimates. He did a great job and it took less than 2 hours to repair, replace (springs, rollers and cables) and clean up. The equipment on the garage door was probably over 30 years old. I appreciate the 10-yr. warranty. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service for any repairs.

When we moved into our townhouse in Palomar Hills we noticed a little medal plate attached to the garage wall. Never had to refer to it until recently, twenty five year later when our garage door needed repair. I immediately thought about that little plate on the wall. Called the number. Was treated kindly and helpfully. Couldn’t have been nicer. The kind voice said “Sure I can send someone tomorrow.” That someone, a lovely young man was at my door at the appointed time. Went straight to work and the garage door was good as new in two hours. Amazing! It is Mimi’s a quiet garage door that works perfectly. I would recommend Precision Doors to anyone looking for state of the art service. In fact I passed along their information to a friend today.
