Hello I called Precision Door in hopes of repairing my basement garage door. Blake Angel was the tech they sent out on the same day I called. Before Blake showed up he sent me a text with his name and picture so I would know what he looked like. Which I very much appreciate. Blake was very courteous and knowledgeable of all that I needed to do to fix the problem we were having. So he sent me an estimate and we will be having precision door replace the garage door and adding an opener for easier access. And to seal the door better to keep air out. I will be having the garage door installed after my basement drywall has been installed. So I will be more than happy to leave another review when the job is totally complete. Thank you to Blake Angel and any other people that has helped me at Precision Door of Lexington

You are reliable and dependable. You have done 2 repairs for us. Both times the doors worked when you finished and you solved the problem. Andrew was professional and knowledgeable. He helped us with new remotes, keypads, motors, etc. He made sure we could use the app and cameras. It is a nice garage door system I am pleased. There are so many new features and it is much quieter. I highly recommend your company.

Our garage door spring broke the night before. I had seen the advertisement on TV about same day repair (with all parts stocked on their van) from Precision Garage Door Service. I booked an appointment the next day through their on-line portal. Really easy to schedule. I received a text confirmation and follow-up texts the next day even included a picture of the technician. Isaac Smoot arrived on time and provided several options/estimates. He did a great job and it took less than 2 hours to repair, replace (springs, rollers and cables) and clean up. The equipment on the garage door was probably over 30 years old. I appreciate the 10-yr. warranty. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service for any repairs.

When we moved into our townhouse in Palomar Hills we noticed a little medal plate attached to the garage wall. Never had to refer to it until recently, twenty five year later when our garage door needed repair. I immediately thought about that little plate on the wall. Called the number. Was treated kindly and helpfully. Couldn’t have been nicer. The kind voice said “Sure I can send someone tomorrow.” That someone, a lovely young man was at my door at the appointed time. Went straight to work and the garage door was good as new in two hours. Amazing! It is Mimi’s a quiet garage door that works perfectly. I would recommend Precision Doors to anyone looking for state of the art service. In fact I passed along their information to a friend today. Thank you, Precision Doors for handing out generous helpings of peace of mind to your customers.

My garage door would not close, turned out to be a quick repair aligning the sensors.. Very efficient scheduling and same day service. I had seen ads for the company on Facebook and decided to give them a try. Daren wrote up an estimate for future improvements to my garage door but was not pushy at all recommending more than I wanted. I will definitely use the company in the future.

I have used Precision for 15 years, never had an issue. They have gone the extra mile in maintenance and repair instead of giving me a hard sale on the newest gadgets. Thanks again!! R. Wilburn

Precision is a company you can count on. The technicans come when they say they will and are very courteous and helpful. Daren installed a new opener several years ago and did a fine job. He also came back recently to service my back up battery. In a time when true customer service is lacking Precision still cares about it's customers. I would highly reccomend them!
