Service was scheduled in a very timely manner and I was continually conveniently kept up-to-date on the service call and the technician’s arrival. I couldn’t ask for anything better and would highly recommend.

Amazingly quick and friendly! Thank you both Blake and Issac for all you did. Issac had this door running in no time with wonderful improvements. I am actually excited to use the door now instead of dreading what will happen with it! And all within a few hours! Highly recommend Precision.

Great service. They were able to get me a rough quote over the phone. Theresa was very helpful. The technician, Issac, showed up on time and had my garage door fixed in no time. He even recommended some other service to help prevent any issues in the future. The whole experience was easy and painless. I’d recommend precision to anyone.

Last year I had installed my garage door with precision because I saw the great work that they did on my neighbors door, but the person that had installed my garage door didn't work as a professional and it discouraged me. After a while it started having problems and I called them again. The technician that they sent me this time worked really well and he worked like he knew what he was doing, which I really appreciated! Whoever has the chance to have Justin as a technician won't regret it! Precision is a great service and I would highly recommend.

Our experience with Precision Garage was the best and gets a 100+. Steve was very informative and professional when he came to give us a quote, along with coming out a day after our inquiry. Theresa was very pleasant to deal with and kept us informed on the status of our door. Ray, the installer, was punctual and we were contacted when he was on the way, which included his photo so I knew who to expect. Ray's work and professionalism was superior. All the details of the job were spectacular, the garage was left spotless and he walked me through all the functionality of the door and opener. I highly recommend and will use them in the future for any garage door and opener needs.

Justin sized my older garage door as it was inconsistent as to opening and closing. He said the door still was still OK but just needed an opener. Very pleasant young man and a pleasant transaction. I would highly recommend he and the company.
