We were heading out of town when the spring broke on the garage. We called several companies who could come and continue next day. Precision was will to come that day. The time slot was between 4-6. Isaac pulled in at 4:01. He assessed the situation. Gave us the cost and was finished within 30 minutes! Needless to say, I will be using Precision again.

Both of my door openers needed replaced , they were 27 years old. Isaac came yesterday to see the problem and arrived today at the time he said he would with all materials needed. Super nice guy! He replaced old hardware as well as old springs. I am extremely pleased with the product and workmanship! I would absolutely recommend Isaac and company !!!

Having a difficult time personally and a garage repair was the last thing I needed to deal with. I called Preicuin Garage Service at 8:15am and had the pleasure of speaking with Teresa. She graciously scheduled me for a technician to come out the same day within a few hours. Issac came at exactly the designated time, was personable, professional, knowledgeable, fast, and didn't mind my spoiled pit bull dog wanting to play. Outstanding Service - came out to the house previously and provided an estimate/quote for total replacement of the garage door and trim. Ultimately scheduled a date for instalation. Technician (Patrick) arrived on time after a 'on my way' heads up text. Polite, courteous, professional. I just bought a new house and the old owner didn't leave the remote. I bought a new remote but couldn't figure out how to program it. In the process, I wiped out the code on the existing keypad. The technician took programmed the remote that I had bought and replaced the keypad for me. He tried programming my car but decided that the opener was too old and wasn't receiving any more input. He didn't try to pressure me into buying a new opener. When I need one, I'll go to Precision Doors. I was pleased with their service.

Tuesday morning I tried to leave the house for a meeting only to realize I had a broken spring & was locked in. I called Precision & within 2 hours Andrew was at my house. He was very knowledgeable, professional & super nice! Andrew came back on Wednesday morning (on his day off) & installed a new garage door (my door was cracked in two locations) & springs.
