They had 24 hr service. I called at 10pm and they were there at a 945am next morning. Michael did a great job ,was courteous, and explained what needed to be done. He did offer a overhaul deal , but was not a pressure deal ,just an option. Glad I did take it . Door is so quiet now just like new !

Matt, the service technician, was available earlier than scheduled so he texted and called before coming out. When he arrived he quickly diagnose the problem and fixed it promptly. He proceeded to check out the system, grease and oil it as necessary and gave tips on possible other maintenance that I could do. His service was outstanding!
