Our family had amazing service from Daren Denton and Shawn. Very thorough with information and what was the best avenue for our needs. Once the job was completed they took great care to make sure and go over everything with us to make sure we were familiar with the new equipment. Love the fact that it is so dark quiet! Both guys were very professional and know their business. I would definitely use your company again.

Having a difficult time personally and a garage repair was the last thing I needed to deal with. I called Preicuin Garage Service at 8:15am and had the pleasure of speaking with Teresa. She graciously scheduled me for a technician to come out the same day within a few hours. Issac came at exactly the designated time, was personable, professional, knowledgeable, fast, and didn't mind my spoiled pit bull dog wanting to play. Price was more than fair and the garage now operates better than before. Thank you Precision Garage Service for saving the day and answering my prayer.

Outstanding Service - came out to the house previously and provided an estimate/quote for total replacement of the garage door and trim. Ultimately scheduled a date for instalation. Technician (Patrick) arrived on time after a 'on my way' heads up text. Polite, courteous, professional. Excellent results, color perfect, operation extremely quiet and job completed within projected timed frame. Good cleanup afterward. I highly recommend these folks!

Quick turnaround time to order the doors and setup installation. Ray the technician installed the doors very professionally and quickly. Cleaned the area after installing and was very courteous. I emailed Precision on a Sunday afternoon not expecting to hear from them until Monday. They emailed back on Sunday to set up an appointment for me. Isaac Smoot came out and got everything running for me. He had everything he needed on the truck, so with one trip my garage door was working. Thank you Precision Door Service!

I just bought a new house and the old owner didn't leave the remote. I bought a new remote but couldn't figure out how to program it. In the process, I wiped out the code on the existing keypad. The technician took programmed the remote that I had bought and replaced the keypad for me. He tried programming my car but decided that the opener was too old and wasn't receiving any more input. He didn't try to pressure me into buying a new opener. When I need one, I'll go to Precision Doors. I was pleased with their service.

Tuesday morning I tried to leave the house for a meeting only to realize I had a broken spring & was locked in. I called Precision & within 2 hours Andrew was at my house. He was very knowledgeable, professional & super nice! Andrew came back on Wednesday morning (on his day off) & installed a new garage door (my door was cracked in two locations) & springs. I was extremely pleased with the scheduling & service. Precision met all my needs in a quick manner. I would recommend them to anyone! Thank you for meeting my emergency!

we have been using the “Neighborly” services for quite a while, all with great satisfaction. Precision Garage Door Service is another example: Good people, friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and professional with no nonsense or hidden fees. Even the Receptionist was helpful, friendly and upbeat, and scheduled same-day service with no problems. Justin Byers was our service professional. He even took time to explain everything that he was doing - and why - so that our son could learn from the experience. I’d give him 10 stars if I could.

Our garage door broke on a Saturday night with my husbands truck stuck inside. I found precision garage door service online and called and an actual person answered at 9 PM on a Saturday night! He repaired our door in less than an hour! We would highly recommend precision garage and will definitely be using them in the future!
