Our garage door broke on a Saturday night with my husbands truck stuck inside. I found precision garage door service online and called and an actual person answered at 9 PM on a Saturday night! She was very helpful and able to schedule our service for the next day (Sunday)! Our technician, Andrew, came out on time was very polite, professional and helpful. He repaired our door in less than an hour! We would highly recommend precision garage and will definitely be using them in the future!

Precision was the 2nd company I called to get an estimate. The first company doesn't charge to give you an estimate, but they definitely upcharge and try to sell you packages at ridiculous prices. Ray Clem was the Precision technician that came out. He was very professional and did the repair in less than an hour. He never tried to sell me anything or suggest I replace anything that didn't need to be replaced! I will definitely use Precision for any future repairs. Thanks Ray!

I tried another garage door repair company, but I had to adjust my schedule to fit theirs. If a company wants my business, they should adjust their schedule to fit mine. Precision had a wide range of available times and days to choose from. Their website also said if a day and time doesn't work for you call them and they would work with you. A repair person came out, gave me a few options to choose from, I chose one, and the repair person got to work. I was so relieved. Thank you.

Originally we thought the price was too high but after the installation it was a very fair price. We were so impressed with the quality of the door and the installer. Our new door is so quiet and we can tell a difference in the insulation because our garage is warmer. We would highly recommend this company to anyone that needs a new garage door.

I just searched the internet for garage door repair. I initially called Overhead Door in Lexington, but had to leave a message. I then called Precision and scheduled service. When the technician arrived I discovered that I had misunderstood the phone quote, but that was on me. I was satisfied with the repair, but not the cost which was $85 for the service call and $150 for the repair. As luck would have it, Overhead Door called me back the next day. I discovered their service fee for me would have been $55 and the repair would have been $110 per hour with a minimum one hour, which in my case was all that was needed, for a total of $165. In addition I was told that if I replaced the spring they would only replace it with a two spring system, and my door only has one. Overhead Door said if I wanted to stay with one spring that was an option which would save me a significant amount of money. I'm 70 years old, retired, divorced, single income, so every dollar counts. Have you ever made a purchase and discovered the very next day you could have saved a significant amount of money? You know that sick feeling!! If Precision reads this and wants to do the right thing they could reimburse me the $70 I feel I overpaid, otherwise buyer beware!!!!

Precision put my garage door up a few years ago. Andrew the door technician, was awesome. He was very patient with me. After a few years, my remotes and pad wouldn't work. He came out and fixed everything and even explained I had a very old motor and may need one. No pressure at all. I liked the honesty. On March 11, Justin Byers did an excellent job installing a new garage door opener for us. He was courteous and professional explaining cost and time needed to do the job. When he was finished, he cleaned up all materials and took the old opener with him. I would highly recommend this company for the quality of their product and their excellent customer service.
