I had a broken spring and had called around everyone was just say they was busy and could not get to me even the company that installed the doors. I called Precision door service the man I talked to set me up today between 8 and 10. I was called by the repairman few minutes after 8 giving me an ETA of 8:30 Andrew pulled into the drive right on time. This man is a professional, I feel he did a great job and I am a person of some knowledge and I know this was done right. He answered all my questions. I am extremely happy with a job well done at a very good price.

I called Precision for a free estimate to replace an opener that was more than 40 years old. It was a very professional, yet friendly, visit and their estimate was lower than the others. OK - nice job. Kudos. The admin side was professional and responsive in communicating with the customer and maintaining scheduling for the job (installing a sidewinder door opener). Response times were fast. Really fast. Additionally, Michael, who did the install, did a professional job and was skilled in his product knowledge. Simply put, they were professional and costs were quite reasonable. What else could you ask for?
