They were at our home within 24 hrs. We were pleased with the estimate and ordered a new door. Every staff member we encountered was exceptional. On time, follow up calls, and updates were excellent. We love the product. Exceptional quality. He even offered a discount for a new motor. We accepted that as well.

I choose Precision for my garage door needs in all honesty because they were located in Nicholasville. I couldn't get the door open and my car was stuck in the garage.
