I tried another garage door repair company, but I had to adjust my schedule to fit theirs. If a company wants my business, they should adjust their schedule to fit mine. Precision had a wide range of available times and days to choose from. Their website also said if a day and time doesn't work for you call them and they would work with you. A repair person came out, gave me a few options to choose from, I chose one, and the repair person got to work. I was so relieved. Thank you.

Originally we thought the price was too high but after the installation it was a very fair price. We were so impressed with the quality of the door and the installer. Ray was my technician and he provided great service and really educated me on what was going on with my garage door and what to expect in the future. Fully explained my options and showed me where things were breaking down and needed replacement. I just searched the internet for garage door repair. I initially called Overhead Door in Lexington, but had to leave a message. I then called Precision and scheduled service. When the technician arrived I discovered that I had misunderstood the phone quote, but that was on me. I was satisfied with the repair, but not the cost which was $85 for the service call and $150 for the repair. As luck would have it, Overhead Door called me back the next day. I discovered their service fee for me would have been $55 and the repair would have been $110 per hour with a minimum one hour, which in my case was all that was needed, for a total of $165. In addition I was told that if I replaced the spring they would only replace it with a two spring system, and my door only has one. Overhead Door said if I wanted to stay with one spring that was an option which would save me a significant amount of money. I'm 70 years old, retired, divorced, single income, so every dollar counts. Have you ever made a purchase and discovered the very next day you could have saved a significant amount of money? You know that sick feeling!! If Precision reads this and wants to do the right thing they could reimburse me the $70 I feel I overpaid, otherwise buyer beware!!!!

In 2017 I used Pricision garage service. And it was a really good experience even though my garage door was not working. Recently my house was struck by lightning or close to and it fried my garage opener. Called one day and Andrew was out the next day!! He was supper nice and very knowledgeable. Thank you all so much. Precision put my garage door up a few years ago. Andrew the door technician, was awesome. He was very patient with me. After a few years, my remotes and pad wouldn't work. He came out and fixed everything and even explained I had a very old motor and may need one. No pressure at all. I liked the honesty. On March 11, Justin Byers did an excellent job installing a new garage door opener for us. He was courteous and professional explaining cost and time needed to do the job. When he was finished, he cleaned up all materials and took the old opener with him. I would highly recommend this company for the quality of their product and their excellent customer service.

Thank You Precision Door! I live in a home with again garage doors and they can be funky at times. Sunday evening the door went up a few inches and then down a few inches. I assumed it would be tough to find a quick fix but when I called Precision...due to the reviews...they had assigned someone to be out Monday morning. Darren arrived, assessed the situation quickly and offered options, honest opinions and a quick estimate. Being on a tight budget, it was super helpful to know ahead what the bill would be. Darren was so efficient and helped find the best solution - including the option to open the door remotely - walking me through all of these details. We even talked about replacement doors and what I should expect to pay realistically. I would definitely recommend Darren and Precision. I think most of us can tell when a company is straight up and a technician knows his/her stuff and most of all - has integrity in all aspect.

I lost my garage door opener so I called Precision as they had replaced my garage doors several years ago. I called on Friday and had an appointment on Tuesday. Justin Byers, the technician was very nice, profession, and efficient. This is a great company!!

Our key pad and remotes had been faulting off and on in the last month and not working. We called Precision and Blake Angel was our technician. He did a great job at assessing the problem which was the circuit board. While there he also took care of a few things like a bolt that he could see was loosened and basic maintenance. He was professional and informative. The time frame from when we called Precision to when they came out was less than 24 hours. We will continue to recommend Precision to anyone who asks. Great service!
