Precision was the 2nd company I called to get an estimate. The first company doesn't charge to give you an estimate, but they definitely upcharge and try to sell you packages at ridiculous prices. Ray Clem was the Precision technician that came out. He was very professional and did the repair in less than an hour. He never tried to sell me anything or suggest I replace anything that didn't need to be replaced! I will definitely use Precision for any future repairs. Thanks Ray!

We purchased our garage door from you and have been very pleased. Today the motor quit working due to age & amount of use. I called your office & Theresa was very pleasant and told me a technician, Issac, was in our area and would come by to help us. Issac was here in less than an hour. He inspected our door and gave me several options. He did an excellent job replacing all the items needed and their accessories. I couldn’t ask for better service. I appreciate all of the help I received today.

I tried another garage door repair company, but I had to adjust my schedule to fit theirs. If a company wants my business, they should adjust their schedule to fit mine. Precision had a wide range of available times and days to choose from. Their website also said if a day and time doesn't work for you call them and they would work with you. A repair person came out, gave me a few options to choose from, I chose one, and the repair person got to work. I was so relieved. Thank you.

Originally we thought the price was too high but after the installation it was a very fair price. We were so impressed with the quality of the door and the installer. Our new door is so quiet and we can tell a difference in the insulation because our garage is warmer. We would highly recommend this company to anyone that needs a new garage door.

Ray was my technician and he provided great service and really educated me on what was going on with my garage door and what to expect in the future. Fully explained my options and showed me where things were breaking down and needed replacement. Was done in a flash and door is working great. note: my previous garage door provider really missed the boat on last repair, and I am glad I was able to get with your company. You have my business from now on. Thanks for the great experience and thanks to Ray for educating me.

I just searched the internet for garage door repair. I initially called Overhead Door in Lexington, but had to leave a message. I then called Precision and scheduled service. When the technician arrived I discovered that I had misunderstood the phone quote, but that was on me. I was satisfied with the repair, but not the cost which was $85 for the service call and $150 for the repair. As luck would have it, Overhead Door called me back the next day. I discovered their service fee for me would have been $55 and the repair would have been $110 per hour with a minimum one hour, which in my case was all that was needed, for a total of $165. In addition I was told that if I replaced the spring they would only replace it with a two spring system, and my door only has one. Overhead Door said if I wanted to stay with one spring that was an option which would save me a significant amount of money. I'm 70 years old, retired, divorced, single income, so every dollar counts. Have you ever made a purchase and discovered the very next day you could have saved a significant amount of money? You know that sick feeling!! If Precision reads this and wants to do the right thing they could reimburse me the $70 I feel I overpaid, otherwise buyer beware!!!!

In 2017 I used Pricision garage service. And it was a really good experience even though my garage door was not working. Recently my house was struck by lightning or close to and it fried my garage opener. Called one day and Andrew was out the next day!! He was supper nice and very knowledgeable. Thank you all so much. I chose Precision Door Service due to their excellent rating with the BBB. I am so glad I did! Andrew “my” technician was so polite and helpful. He diagnosed the problem (wiring to the sensors) fixed the problem and proceeded to teach me garage door maintenance. I cannot tell you what a relief it is to know what I can do to keep things running smoothly. Highly recommend Precision Door!!!!

Precision put my garage door up a few years ago. Andrew the door technician, was awesome. He was very patient with me. After a few years, my remotes and pad wouldn't work. He came out and fixed everything and even explained I had a very old motor and may need one. No pressure at all. I liked the honesty. My door is awesome and I will return to Precision for a new motor. The service and technician were incredible. A great place to get a garage door! Denise Probst

On March 11, Justin Byers did an excellent job installing a new garage door opener for us. He was courteous and professional explaining cost and time needed to do the job. When he was finished, he cleaned up all materials and took the old opener with him. I would highly recommend this company for the quality of their product and their excellent customer service.

Very Pleased. Matt set up our appointment with sensitivity to our schedule. Daren Denton came right on time and did an excellent job. He was very personal and professional, and I was amazed at how quickly and well he finished the job, and then so patient to set up our apt phone, and go over everything with us and answer all our questions. Glad to recommend your company anytime. Also greatly appreciate the texts about Daren's arrival time and his photo. You all are very customer service centered. Great business.
