I received a mailer in the mail & after not receiving a call back from another garage door repair place, I thought the timing was just right. Weekend hours at no xtra charge was a huge bonus for me. Justin was great. Arrived when he said he would & although I know my garage door is on its last leg, he extended its life for a little bit longer.

After watching a TV commercial, we decided to give Precision Door Service a call and ask for a quote to replace our broken garage door. The salesperson that came to see us (Blake) was very knowledgeable and explained our options in detail. He followed the visit with a prompt written quote. We compared this quote with two other we received from other companies. We decided to go with Precision, initially just because of their price, but after having the door installed by Andrew, we were very happy to see that their high level of customer service and professionalism exceeded our expectations. I was insulted by how much this company charges for extention cables purchased from Lowe's. The technician did not have the cables my garage used and ran to my local Lowe's to purchase. I checked their website after receiving the itemized invoice from your company and the mark up was astounding! $90 for cables that run as low as $9 and as high as $31???? The labor wasn't very long but and my technician Justin was very personable and knowledgeable. However I cannot recommend this company knowing how they over charge for parts picked up at a local hardware store.

What an amazing experience! Blake was super helpful in coming out to assess my garage door and explain options. He was incredibly personable, professional and genuinely concerned about making sure I was taken care of - very patient. I can't say enough about Blake. Whenever I called Precision Door - a REAL person always answered the phone and offered superior customer service. Justin was equally as impressive - he showed up on time, got right to work and did a fabulous job installing my new garage door motor/rails. WOW - was he focused on customer service - incredibly friendly and a VERY hard worker. I can't say enough about my experience with the personnel at Precision Door and their services - I wouldn't call anyone else!
