Isaac was an awesome technician working quickly and efficiently! Called ahead arriving on time and completing the job in an hour. He replaced three damaged hinges and installed support braces to secure the bottom panel. Our door is operational again, working smoothly. A big thanks to Isaac and Precision Door for providing a timely repair on a Saturday.

Quick response---icy cold day in January, 2024. Daren Denton was prompt, courteous, explained every system, warranties, add ons (surge protector) wi-fi capabilities, etc. and we installed the premium new belt driven opener with camera, etc. Very pleased with his service and explanations. My boyfriend recommended you because he was so pleased with the work you did for him. I couldn't get the garage door to close all the way. I needed someone to come out as quickly as possible. I'm so grateful it only took a couple hours for Blake and Dillon to get here. Everything was explained to me in detail and most importantly, they treated me with respect and I never felt like I was being pressured or mislead. It's not always like that when you're a woman. I'm very confident I made the right decision.

Had problem with my garage door would not close. I Scheduled a service call for the next day. The technician was here on time but I had to have a new opener put in and he was here the next day to install on time. Great service and I am very satisfied with the technician and I would rate him a 10plus.
