When my garage door broke on a Saturday, I was happy to see that Precision does weekend service calls without charging extra. I was able to schedule an appt for that afternoon and the repairman arrived on time. Since it was the end of the day he had sold out of the door opener I wanted but he fixed the door so I could easily open it manually and put a lock on the inside so I could secure it. He came back on Monday and replaced the door opener in less than the estimated time. He was knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, and went above and beyond to complete the job thoroughly. As the Executive Director of a trade association that refers vendor members to regular members, I'm always evaluating our vendor members so that I can be honest in referring them. When I personally needed a new garage door, I started calling companies for estimates since we do not have a garage door company in our membership. I called three companies and made appointments with all three. Only one showed up when they said they would, and it was Precision Door Service! This company was great to work with! Their sales representative, Blake, was very knowledgeable about their garage doors, and he was able to give us a quote that same day. He was also able to tell us if the door was in stock or not. Blake followed up with us the next day. He wasn't a pushy salesman, but seemed to really want to help us since our old door was falling apart. The owner, Theresa also followed up with us and offered to help us get financing if we needed to go that route. Two installers came out the following day to install our new door! They were also great to work with! I believe their names were Matt and Andrew. Our garage door looks great and we couldn't be happier! I would highly recommend Precision Door Service to anyone that needs a new door! They have a great team and you can count on what they say their going to do! They are a five star company in my book!
