We were having issues with our garage door, so I called Precision Door of Lexington this morning. They told me a tech would be out today between 12-2. Tech Isaac Smoot called me at 12:30 to let me know he’d arrive at my house around 1pm. He showed up on time, reviewed our door, and proposed some options for repair. We ended up repairing everything it needed, and Isaac completed all the work efficiently without any issues. He showed me how it was running smoothly before he left our house. I would highly recommend PDS Lex and Isaac to anyone! This is the second time we have used them, and have been pleased both times.

I wanted to take a minute to say what a great experience we had today with your company. We realized at 11:30 am our garage door would not raise. My wife called and Andrew was at our house by 2:30. He quickly identified the problem, explained what he needed to do, the parts needed, and the cost of the repair. He was very knowledgeable and respectful of our home and had the job completed very quickly. He had me test the door, went over everything he had done, and gave me some tips on things we could do to make our garage door last longer. No one wants to have an unexpected repair but it helps when you have a positive experience with the company. We have used them twice and would use them again and recommend them to anyone we know.
