Loved how quickly we were able to get an estimate and a no high pressure sales pitch. We purchased new doors and openers and they are fantastic. My friend and neighbor enthusiastically suggested I contact Precision Door when a spring broke. The garage door and torsion system was 11 years-old and had out-lived the 10 warranty from the company that had installed it. So I took my friend’s advice, got online and scheduled a service app Tim et with Precision for the following morning. Isaac Smoot, my service tech arrived on time and quickly identified the underlying issue. He explained everything to me, explaining how my system had served me very well, was well maintained, but had simply reached the end of its cycle. He got to work performing a rebuild, and within an hour, everything was better than new at a reasonable cost and with a 10-year warranty. Isaac was personable, professional, and knowledgeable. I don’t expect any issues, but should something arise, I know I will be in good hands. Thanks, Isaac for your excellent service! In the future, I will do as my neighbor did and recommend Precision Door to my family and friends.

On June 21, 2023 (Wednesday) I had a technician come to check the noise in my garage door when the door goes coming up & down. Nice guy: he oil & Lubed all hinges. but today (Saturday) I still have the same problem! To me is sounds like the panels are 'bumping' together, as the door goes up & down. I thought the total lube job would fix the problem, but no, it is in the panels. Please let me know what can be done. Phone #859-971-0461. Sorry to give only 1 star, but my garage door is not fixed.

Y’all were recommended by a neighbor as being quick, clean and professional. But I can add that Andrew was a great communicator, and a good teacher. Not only did he show me the problem, but he also showed me how he repaired it, and then showed me how to do simple maintenance on the door. He was great! None better!

My experience with Precision Door from start to finish was exceptional. I called at 1:00 and technician, Derin, arrived an hour later. He moved with purpose and efficiency, is extremely knowledgeable, friendly too. He fixed everything on my 2 old 9’ doors. Safety of the doors was a priority for him and I appreciated his expertise very much.

Justin did a great job for me. He arrived on time, greeted me with a smile and went to work. He reviewed all the issues with the garage door failure and told me of the options and costs to make necessary repairs. Once I decided what option to take, Justin went to work. He repaired the door within the time he thought it would take. When completed he reviewed all details of the repair job and sent me an invoice copy via email. I will certainly use Preciision Door Service in the future.
