Had one of our door openers break and could not get car out to go to work. Called several places and had no answers. Called Precision and person named Will answered. Very polite and helpful. Had us on schedule same day. Darren the installer called at time they said he would. Came and looked at our situation. Made several checks of current equipment. Did complete overhaul of door we had and installed new opener all with in a few hours. Pleasure to deal with. Explained everything he did. Definitely the company to use. We will call them back when our other door needs upgrade. Will use this company again for sure.

Jason did a great job solving the problem with my outside controlling device for opening and closing. There was a metal strip blocking the wireless signal so he ran a wire outside the door. Works well now. Very courteous and knowledgeable!

Installed 2 doors and 2 openers. Very satisfied with istallation and operation of doors. I would highly recommend Precision. I got 3 bids, Precision was not the cheapest, but I think the quality of there product was much better than the other two. Cheaper is not always the best route to go.

Our garage door spring broke very early on a Sunday morning making it impossible to get our car out of our garage. We contacted Precision because we had recently seen advertising for their business which actually mentioned spring repair and saw there was no extra charge for a weekend service call. They came out within hours of our call. Andrew was extremely professional, personable, and helpful. He thoroughly explained the problem and needed repair before starting. We had planned to replace our old keypad and garage door seals in the near future and he was happy to take care of those additional items same day. I never write reviews for products or companies, but we were so pleased with the prompt and professional service received I wanted to share our positive experience with others.

Patrick replaced the framework around my garage doors in 2021 after our doors were replaced by Precision. He recently repaired one of the frames that we damaged while backing out of the garage. We called in the evening and the employee Andrew was able to come the next morning. He was very professional and prompt in installing a new garage door opener. He made sure to help us install the app and make sure everything was working as it should. We were very impressed with this company and Andrew as an employee. I will also say that we called multiple companies about purchasing and installing the new opener and Precision had the best price plus they had great service.

The spring broke on my garage door. When reviewing with Justin Byers, we chose to do the double door torsion overhaul which included 2 Torsion springs, set of lift drums, center and end bearings, lift cables, and new rollers. We also added a new button seal and retainer for seal. Justin worked diligently to do the overhaul as efficiently, carefully, and completely as possible. He was thorough, and did quality work and explained what he was doing as he worked. Thank you Justin and Precision Door for the quality repairs.
