They were wonderful to work with everybody was friendly and the tech that came was very friendly and explained everything that he would be doing had to have my garage door spring fixed they came out the same day which means a lot when you need to get your cars out if I could I would give them a ten star rating and a shout out to my technician Andrew Scherfee he was the best I highly recommend using this company if you ever have any issues with your garage doors

I am extremely happy with Precision! I called them late in the day and explained the problem with my garage door opener. They sent a technician, Andrew, to my house and repaired the opener within the hour! Since it was late on Friday I wasn’t expecting to have it repaired until next week much less within the hour! Andrew was very professional, polite and friendly. He replaced the sensors on the opener rather than suggesting I get a complete new opener. I appreciate that since money is a factor. I also took advantage of the coupon offered on their website. They are a top notch business!

Why is it things break on the weekend, especially a Sunday morning trying to get to church. Whatever the reason we were pleasantly surprised that someone was actually in the office, took our call and we had a technician at our house in about an hour. Casey was very professional, very nice and explained all that needed to be done. We really appreciate the service we received, from the office to the technician, especially on a Sunday.

I had used Precision to repair some shop doors at my farm about a year ago. I was pleased with their service. They came made the repairs in a timely manner. They were very polite and professional. That's why I called them a couple days ago when I needed a new motor for my garage door at home. I got the same good service from Steve. He showed up in a timely manner, installed the motor, programmed the remotes, no muss, no fuss. I will call again if there's a need.
