Late on a Saturday afternoon my garage door stuck. Precision Door Services came through for me. They sent a technician out the next morning and he fixed it within the hour. He was very professional and he did a great job! I would definitely use this company again.

I called Precision for a free estimate to replace an opener that was more than 40 years old. It was a very professional, yet friendly, visit and their estimate was lower than the others. I asked them to replace the opener and they completed the work in one day. It was not an easy job with such an old setup but the installer was excellent and never stopped until the job was completed. OK - nice job. Kudos. The admin side was professional and responsive in communicating with the customer and maintaining scheduling for the job (installing a sidewinder door opener). Response times were fast. Really fast. Additionally, Michael, who did the install, did a professional job and was skilled in his product knowledge. Simply put, they were professional and costs were quite reasonable. What else could you ask for?
