I choose Precision for my garage door needs in all honesty because they were located in Nicholasville. I couldn't get the door open and my car was stuck in the garage. I was pleasantly surprised to find that they could come the same day. I was given the name of the technician before he arrived, the vehicle was clearly marked and the technician was very professional and courteous. He made all necessary repairs and took time to show me the features on the new opener that he had installed. I recommend them highly.

I chose Precision based on looking at several websites. I liked their same day service. My technician arrived early (he called first), did an excellent job, and was very personable. Even though he had to redo part of the job (no fault of his, door had wrong size original springs) he was finished before out designated appointment time was over.

Excellent service. Called Saturday morning, showed up before noon. Had broken torsion spring. Replaced both and tensioned door correctly. Explained what had to be done before starting. Also pointed out that rollers were wearing out and what could happen if not fixed. Gladly had him do that also.

Matt was great! He was so informed on the garage door and the way he explained my issue with my cables made perfect sense afterwards. I had racked my door trying to DIY the issue myself and thought I was going to have to purchase a new bottom panel. Matt helped me pop out the dents and said he would try and hold off until steel and metal prices came down. It is very rare not to have someone trying to sell additional products/services to you. I am going to use his services at the fire department for our bay doors. Very professional and I enjoyed just general conversation with him.
