This is the most professional and efficient repair company that I've ever experienced. Andrew was informed and pleasant with my initial call and scheduled a repair the same day. The technician arrived on time with a pre-arrival text. Christian Brown, my technician, was the nicest young man and a hard worker. It seemed like a two man job but he installed my system in about two hours with a genuine smile. I'm hard to impress and rarely leave reviews. This company gets things done like we wish all service companies could. Very impressive!

Second time using Precision, had the sprocket in my chain drive give out on me. Christian went in great detail over all my options from repairing my current unit, to all the options I had if I wanted to completely replace my current system. I was able to schedule service easily online and kept in the loop on when help would arrive. Christian was extremely personable and easy to deal with and got me fixed in less than 90 minutes. Can't ever see myself calling any other company but Precision.

Our garage door would not open all the way, called Precision Garage door service, they were at our home within a few hours and quickly determined the problem and made the repair. Their response and service was amazing! I highly recommend them!

Precision Door is consistently and unquestionably the best vendor experience I have had for any type of home repair. Every time I have had an issue with any of my 3 garage door openers, they have showed up either same day (or next day), even on weekends and resolved the issue. There have been times when there was a repeat issue and they did not charge me for the service call. They have always been very fair, dependable, professional and gone above and beyond to resolve the issue completely. I could not more highly recommend their company.

Service was terrific; Cammie set up the same-day appointment for about 4 hours after my call. Justin was on time and did a really good job repairing the broken springs. Very pleasant but also knew the technical part and explained everything clearly to me. He also gave me a few tips on proper maintenance going forward. We couldn't have been more pleased.

From Isaac Smoot that came out to measure and give us an estimate to Kasey Jackson that came to install them today.. the customer service was amazing. The doors look wonderful and I am sure should we have any problems... Precision will be right there to help us resolve them.

Our garage door spring broke on a Saturday morning, and we had an emergency situation where someone in the household could only exit through the garage. Precision Garage Door had five star ratings, and I decided to call them. They sent their technician, Justin, to our home on a Saturday evening, and he was able to repair the door that night. we were very lucky he had the parts on his van at the time. Justin was highly knowledgeable, friendly, and respectful. The fact that he came out to our home on a Saturday night at 7 o’clock is commendable. We will have them back for more maintenance on our door.

Was able to get an appointment the day after my garage door broke. Justin showed up on time. Explained the issue with our garage opener thoroughly and what options that we had in fixing it, when he explained each one he was not pushy in the extra cost to each up grade. He knew his job and each component he was replacing. When finished he explained how to properly maintain our equipment going forward. We would recommend this company and if your lucky enough to get Justin assigned to your call, you won’t be disappointed!

My garage door started just randomly going up and down during the day and night. I did not feel safe. I tried to figure out what was wrong but couldn’t. I saw a Precision sticker on the garage door opener so I decided I would call them. The girl that answered was very nice and I was given an appointment for that day. Justin was the technician that was assigned to me. He was on time and very professional. He explained everything very clearly as he checked the opener. He then gave me my options explaining each one thoroughly and in a way I understood. I chose to replace it because of the age of the old one. He said it would take about an hour and he was right. When he finished installing it he explained as he was programming it and setting it up and showed me how to do it. He was so patient with me when I asked questions and answered in a way I understood. He was great. I love the new opener. I feel so much safer now. I would highly recommend Justin and Precision without hesitation.

Precision came the same day we called and Daren did a great job explaining what needed to be done, then stayed late to finish the job. This was our first time to use Precision, but I would not hesitate to use them again in the future. We were also very grateful for the 10 year warranty on both doors. Daren replaced the springs, rollers, cables, etc. so that both doors are like new. Our first experience with Precision was terrific.
