From initial phone call to set up an estimate to completion of the job went exceptionally. Communication was consistent and installation technician, Kasey, was very cordial and knowledgeable. Our garage door spring broke on a Saturday morning, and we had an emergency situation where someone in the household could only exit through the garage. Precision Garage Door had five star ratings, and I decided to call them. They sent their technician, Justin, to our home on a Saturday evening, and he was able to repair the door that night. we were very lucky he had the parts on his van at the time. Justin was highly knowledgeable, friendly, and respectful. The fact that he came out to our home on a Saturday night at 7 o’clock is commendable. We will have them back for more maintenance on our door.

Was able to get an appointment the day after my garage door broke. Justin showed up on time. Explained the issue with our garage opener thoroughly and what options that we had in fixing it, when he explained each one he was not pushy in the extra cost to each up grade. He knew his job and each component he was replacing. When finished he explained how to properly maintain our equipment going forward. We would recommend this company and if your lucky enough to get Justin assigned to your call, you won’t be disappointed!

I needed a repair to my old garage door. Daren was able to get my old door working again and gave me a quote for a new door. My garage door started just randomly going up and down during the day and night. I did not feel safe. I tried to figure out what was wrong but couldn’t. I saw a Precision sticker on the garage door opener so I decided I would call them. The girl that answered was very nice and I was given an appointment for that day. Justin was the technician that was assigned to me. He was on time and very professional. He explained everything very clearly as he checked the opener. He then gave me my options explaining each one thoroughly and in a way I understood. I chose to replace it because of the age of the old one. He said it would take about an hour and he was right. When he finished installing it he explained as he was programming it and setting it up and showed me how to do it. He was so patient with me when I asked questions and answered in a way I understood. He was great. I love the new opener. I feel so much safer now. I would highly recommend Justin and Precision without hesitation.

Precision came the same day we called and Daren did a great job explaining what needed to be done, then stayed late to finish the job. This was our first time to use Precision, but I would not hesitate to use them again in the future. We were also very grateful for the 10 year warranty on both doors. Daren replaced the springs, rollers, cables, etc. so that both doors are like new. Our first experience with Precision was terrific.

We recently relocated from Florida to Kentucky and purchased a 13 year old home. The garage door was not insulated, vinyl no longer doing its job and could see the daylight coming through. Also the opener was on its last leg. We contacted Precision and Isaac came out and listened to our concerns and provided us with our options. After sticker shock, we went ahead and proceeded with getting a new insulated garage door and opener. Just had it installed yesterday by Ray. He took the time to go over everything with my husband and I. The door and opener are so quiet compared to what we had. Cannot see any light coming in on the sides compared to when we had one installed in Florida by a company down there. Would highly recommend to anyone in the market for a new garage door and/or opener.

I needed a new garage door installed. I got 3 different companies to quote it. The first company was the one that originally installed the door and stated he wanted nothing to do with it and to call someone else. The second came out and got all the information needed for the project and I never heard from them after. I then called the company on TV. Precision came out and by the time the estimator left, I had my quotes and the dates for when they would perform the work. We had a complete new garage door installed. They took down the old and installed the new. Wrapped the exterior. Weeks before they installed the new door, I had them tune up another garage door on the property. From the first visit of the estimator to the 3 technicians performing the work, Precision is first class! The owner even drove out to the middle of nowhere to check on the job. I recommend Precision for all your garage door needs.

Spring broke on a Sunday. Called on a Monday (which was a holiday) and still got a tech out on Tuesday for an estimate. Decided to go with a full rebuild since the door was installed almost 20 years ago, but also asked them to please review all the original install when they did it because it popped and cracked a lot when opening and took a lot of force to close. The rebuild was done on Wed but the opener wouldn’t close the door with the new springs installed so scheduled a new opener install for Thur. During that install Daren and Blake found two alignment issues with the original install that was causing the issues I mentioned, and resolved both of them at no additional cost to the estimate (even though they had to spend extra time and hardware on them, and correct someone else’s work). In reality my old 1/2hp opener may have lasted a little longer with the alignment issues resolved, but I had always looked forward to upgrading it to a 3/4hp opener once it failed anyway (since it’s such a big heavy insulated 16’ door). So considering they were able to find and resolved both issues I had concerns with (unrelated to the work they were scheduled for), all while being able to schedule back to back visits to get the job done quickly, I couldn’t be happier with the service and attention I received, their commitment to getting it done quickly and correctly, and with how smooth and quiet it opens and closes now.
