The garage doors arrived within the time frame provided at the time of my estimate. I really like the text notifications which include a photo of the tech. who is coming to my home. Will arrived right on time and did a great job on the installation of my garage door. He made sure everything was done correctly and that I was satisfied with the work. This afternoon a tech came out to fix our garage- he was very nice and wore his mask and stayed 6 feet away- he gave us 2 options to fix the problems- the 1st one will not really fix the problem and then the 2nd option required us to replace our key pad and indoor button - the total charge was over $200. Not even 6 hours later our garage door randomly started going up and down. I called around 8pm and spoke with Brian who was not very friendly and basically told me that I could pay for an emergency visit this evening- however I’m not sure why I should have to pay for this when I just paid over $200 to have the door fixed. Brian told me in a not so kind voice that a manager would call me back “if they could help” Our garage door is below our bedroom. We can hear the garage door move every time. Also I don’t think it’s very safe for someone’s garage door to randomly go up and down throughout the night. No one ever called and the garage continued to go up and down. I called back again and Brian in an unkind attitude - he seemed put-off. I said it was continuing to happen and no one had called me to help. He didn’t really seem to care. It continued to happen and I called back again and spoke with a female- unfortunately I did not get her name. She was not very kind and seemed put off by us needing help. She said the first available appointment is Thursday- that is 2 days away. We just had someone here today who supposedly fixed the garage door- it’s not fixed- I would think that a company with good customer service would help us immediately.
