I called Precision Door to evaluate the condition of my garage door in the morning and had a technician arrive three hours later, early afternoon. Blake Angel inspected the door and found several problems. He pointed out the several damaged parts and recommended replacing the door completely, to include, a new, quieter DC motor. (Safe operation and quieter open/close were two of my concerns.) The replacement door, motor, and accessories were ordered on the spot with installation arranged. Last week a spring broke on one of our two garage doors. We called Precision and two service men arrived within the hour to install a new spring and spray some lube on the tracks and door hinges.
