We ordered the whole package: door, opener, track, wheels and wireless keypad. The door was delivered in less time than estimated and an installation was quickly scheduled. Patrick did a great job and everything looks great and works perfectly. We're really happy.

Steve and Theresa were great to work with. Our realtor recommended them. Precision went over and above to make sure we were taken care of when a house we bought had a garage door that needed replaced. They came out and got us set up until the new door arrived. Steve even got us set up with a keypad and garage door opener (since the seller didn't leave one). From start to finish, the service was quick, well done and professional. Thanks y'all!

Called Precision for repair this morning because sensors not working properly. They sent repairman today. Michael was very knowledgeable about how garage opener worked. Not only did he replace the sensors, which he checked and found to my surprise, still under warranty, but adjusted open and close settings, lubricated garage door, and made sure keyless pad operated properly.
