My experience with Precision Door from start to finish was exceptional. I called at 1:00 and technician, Derin, arrived an hour later. He moved with purpose and efficiency, is extremely knowledgeable, friendly too. He fixed everything on my 2 old 9’ doors. Safety of the doors was a priority for him and I appreciated his expertise very much.

Justin did a great job for me. He arrived on time, greeted me with a smile and went to work. He reviewed all the issues with the garage door failure and told me of the options and costs to make necessary repairs. Once I decided what option to take, Justin went to work. He repaired the door within the time he thought it would take. When completed he reviewed all details of the repair job and sent me an invoice copy via email. Had one of our door openers break and could not get car out to go to work. Called several places and had no answers. Called Precision and person named Will answered. Very polite and helpful. Had us on schedule same day. Darren the installer called at time they said he would. Came and looked at our situation. Made several checks of current equipment. Did complete overhaul of door we had and installed new opener all with in a few hours. Pleasure to deal with. Explained everything he did. Definitely the company to use. We will call them back when our other door needs upgrade. Will use this company again for sure.

Jason did a great job solving the problem with my outside controlling device for opening and closing. There was a metal strip blocking the wireless signal so he ran a wire outside the door. Works well now. Very courteous and knowledgeable!

I am extremely happy with Precision! I called them late in the day and explained the problem with my garage door opener. They sent a technician, Andrew, to my house and repaired the opener within the hour! Since it was late on Friday I wasn’t expecting to have it repaired until next week much less within the hour! Andrew was very professional, polite and friendly. He replaced the sensors on the opener rather than suggesting I get a complete new opener. I appreciate that since money is a factor. I also took advantage of the coupon offered on their website. They are a top notch business!
