We ordered the whole package: door, opener, track, wheels and wireless keypad. The door was delivered in less time than estimated and an installation was quickly scheduled. Patrick did a great job and everything looks great and works perfectly. We're really happy.

Precision is the best repair service. When I called, I was greeted promptly and had no problem scheduling a service call for the next day. I had two springs replaced and everything was checked and lubed thoroughly. Darin was exceptional.

Steve and Theresa were great to work with. Our realtor recommended them. Precision went over and above to make sure we were taken care of when a house we bought had a garage door that needed replaced. They came out and got us set up until the new door arrived. Steve even got us set up with a keypad and garage door opener (since the seller didn't leave one). From start to finish, the service was quick, well done and professional. Thanks y'all!

Called Precision for repair this morning because sensors not working properly. They sent repairman today. Michael was very knowledgeable about how garage opener worked. Not only did he replace the sensors, which he checked and found to my surprise, still under warranty, but adjusted open and close settings, lubricated garage door, and made sure keyless pad operated properly. Thank you Precision and especially, Michael!!!

After I called and explained my situation, the repair man arrived on time, reviewed the problem, made a few recommendations, and provided an approximate cost estimate. He had all the necessary parts and tools on his truck. The garage door works perfectly now.

They had 24 hr service. I called at 10pm and they were there at a 945am next morning. Michael did a great job ,was courteous, and explained what needed to be done. He did offer a overhaul deal , but was not a pressure deal ,just an option. Glad I did take it . Door is so quiet now just like new !

Matt, the service technician, was available earlier than scheduled so he texted and called before coming out. When he arrived he quickly diagnose the problem and fixed it promptly. He proceeded to check out the system, grease and oil it as necessary and gave tips on possible other maintenance that I could do. His service was outstanding! I highly recommend this company and I will use them again as needed!
