Ray was my technician and he provided great service and really educated me on what was going on with my garage door and what to expect in the future. Fully explained my options and showed me where things were breaking down and needed replacement. Was done in a flash and door is working great. note: my previous garage door provider really missed the boat on last repair, and I am glad I was able to get with your company. You have my business from now on. Thanks for the great experience and thanks to Ray for educating me.

In 2017 I used Pricision garage service. And it was a really good experience even though my garage door was not working. Recently my house was struck by lightning or close to and it fried my garage opener. Called one day and Andrew was out the next day!! He was supper nice and very knowledgeable. Thank you all so much. I chose Precision Door Service due to their excellent rating with the BBB. I am so glad I did! Andrew “my” technician was so polite and helpful. He diagnosed the problem (wiring to the sensors) fixed the problem and proceeded to teach me garage door maintenance. I cannot tell you what a relief it is to know what I can do to keep things running smoothly. Highly recommend Precision Door!!!!

Precision put my garage door up a few years ago. Andrew the door technician, was awesome. He was very patient with me. After a few years, my remotes and pad wouldn't work. He came out and fixed everything and even explained I had a very old motor and may need one. No pressure at all. I liked the honesty. My door is awesome and I will return to Precision for a new motor. The service and technician were incredible. A great place to get a garage door! Denise Probst

On March 11, Justin Byers did an excellent job installing a new garage door opener for us. He was courteous and professional explaining cost and time needed to do the job. When he was finished, he cleaned up all materials and took the old opener with him. I would highly recommend this company for the quality of their product and their excellent customer service.

Very Pleased. Matt set up our appointment with sensitivity to our schedule. Daren Denton came right on time and did an excellent job. He was very personal and professional, and I was amazed at how quickly and well he finished the job, and then so patient to set up our apt phone, and go over everything with us and answer all our questions. Glad to recommend your company anytime. Also greatly appreciate the texts about Daren's arrival time and his photo. You all are very customer service centered. Great business.

Thank You Precision Door! I live in a home with again garage doors and they can be funky at times. Sunday evening the door went up a few inches and then down a few inches. I assumed it would be tough to find a quick fix but when I called Precision...due to the reviews...they had assigned someone to be out Monday morning. Darren arrived, assessed the situation quickly and offered options, honest opinions and a quick estimate. Being on a tight budget, it was super helpful to know ahead what the bill would be. Darren was so efficient and helped find the best solution - including the option to open the door remotely - walking me through all of these details. We even talked about replacement doors and what I should expect to pay realistically. I would definitely recommend Darren and Precision. I think most of us can tell when a company is straight up and a technician knows his/her stuff and most of all - has integrity in all aspect.

Our key pad and remotes had been faulting off and on in the last month and not working. We called Precision and Blake Angel was our technician. He did a great job at assessing the problem which was the circuit board. While there he also took care of a few things like a bolt that he could see was loosened and basic maintenance. He was professional and informative. The time frame from when we called Precision to when they came out was less than 24 hours. We will continue to recommend Precision to anyone who asks. Great service!

Just had another great experience with Precision Garage Door Service. In 2018, Precision installed a new garage door for us. The price was fair, and we appreciated the professionalism and kindness of the installer. This week, we needed a garage door repair, so we called Precision. I'm happy to report that we had another great experience. Highly recommend!!

My boyfriend recommended you because he was so pleased with the work you did for him. I couldn't get the garage door to close all the way. I needed someone to come out as quickly as possible. I'm so grateful it only took a couple hours for Blake and Dillon to get here. Everything was explained to me in detail and most importantly, they treated me with respect and I never felt like I was being pressured or mislead. It's not always like that when you're a woman. I'm very confident I made the right decision.

Andrew did an awesome job in extremely cold weather! Explained everything! He said he had stickers and I did not take any because I have your number but if you would want to mail one or two, I would put them in clubhouse.
