We had a broken torsion spring and he checked everything out and explained what he was going to do and had it all done in less than an hour and also oiled all hinges and track. Very reasonable and will definitely use them again if needed.

Matt, the tech, made a special phone call for me to check on an older warranty and it was found quite quickly. Matt replaced the springs and it works like a gem. I installed precision door last year and had no issues. Recently my door was opening randomly and automatically. Most likely cause maybe the key we kept in kitchen drawer. Still I reached their customer service. Customer service response is really good. I called one time and they scheduled and sent technician quickly. Very professional. I highly recommend Precision.

I choose Precision for my garage door needs in all honesty because they were located in Nicholasville. I couldn't get the door open and my car was stuck in the garage. I was pleasantly surprised to find that they could come the same day. I was given the name of the technician before he arrived, the vehicle was clearly marked and the technician was very professional and courteous. He made all necessary repairs and took time to show me the features on the new opener that he had installed. I recommend them highly.
