I thought my 14 foot high garage door was done for. Steve came and fixed it. Needed new hinges and rollers. Door was a mess but it was fixed and works like new. I never had a remote opener but Steve provided me with one. We were always told when you would be here for the repairs. That was very reassuring for us. When searching for garage service, I felt Precision’s website was the most informative and I liked having the options of 24/7 service if needed. When I called, the representative was prompt and knowledgeable in getting my service scheduled. Darren and Doug arrived on the early side of the timeframe I was given on the phone (which I greatly appreciated), and they quickly diagnosed the issue. Darren presented my options and I decided to have a new opener installed. They had everything needed in the truck and were able to install it within an hour. And after installation, they made sure to leave no mess behind. I’m all around pleased with Precision and will use them again should the need arise!

Better than I could have wanted. Called for suddenly broken spring. Michael was able to come on the same day, fixed the spring, made adjustments and repairs so that the door closed tighter and quieter than it had before, and gave recommendations on maintaining to prevent future problems. No hesitation to call again if I have issues.

I had a broken spring and had called around everyone was just say they was busy and could not get to me even the company that installed the doors. I called Precision door service the man I talked to set me up today between 8 and 10. I was called by the repairman few minutes after 8 giving me an ETA of 8:30 Andrew pulled into the drive right on time. This man is a professional, I feel he did a great job and I am a person of some knowledge and I know this was done right. He answered all my questions. I am extremely happy with a job well done at a very good price.
