I had a broken spring and had called around everyone was just say they was busy and could not get to me even the company that installed the doors. I called Precision door service the man I talked to set me up today between 8 and 10. I was called by the repairman few minutes after 8 giving me an ETA of 8:30 Andrew pulled into the drive right on time. This man is a professional, I feel he did a great job and I am a person of some knowledge and I know this was done right. He answered all my questions. I am extremely happy with a job well done at a very good price.

I called Precision for a free estimate to replace an opener that was more than 40 years old. It was a very professional, yet friendly, visit and their estimate was lower than the others. I asked them to replace the opener and they completed the work in one day. It was not an easy job with such an old setup but the installer was excellent and never stopped until the job was completed. We ordered the whole package: door, opener, track, wheels and wireless keypad. The door was delivered in less time than estimated and an installation was quickly scheduled. Patrick did a great job and everything looks great and works perfectly. We're really happy.
