On June 21, 2023 (Wednesday) I had a technician come to check the noise in my garage door when the door goes coming up & down. Nice guy: he oil & Lubed all hinges. but today (Saturday) I still have the same problem! To me is sounds like the panels are 'bumping' together, as the door goes up & down. I thought the total lube job would fix the problem, but no, it is in the panels. Please let me know what can be done. Phone #859-971-0461. Sorry to give only 1 star, but my garage door is not fixed.

My experience with Precision Door from start to finish was exceptional. I called at 1:00 and technician, Derin, arrived an hour later. He moved with purpose and efficiency, is extremely knowledgeable, friendly too. He fixed everything on my 2 old 9’ doors. Safety of the doors was a priority for him and I appreciated his expertise very much.

Justin did a great job for me. He arrived on time, greeted me with a smile and went to work. He reviewed all the issues with the garage door failure and told me of the options and costs to make necessary repairs. Once I decided what option to take, Justin went to work. He repaired the door within the time he thought it would take. When completed he reviewed all details of the repair job and sent me an invoice copy via email. I will certainly use Preciision Door Service in the future.

Had us on schedule same day. Darren the installer called at time they said he would. Came and looked at our situation. Made several checks of current equipment. Did complete overhaul of door we had and installed new opener all with in a few hours. Pleasure to deal with. Explained everything he did. Definitely the company to use. We will call them back when our other door needs upgrade. Will use this company again for sure.
