Great service. They were able to get me a rough quote over the phone. Theresa was very helpful. The technician, Issac, showed up on time and had my garage door fixed in no time. He even recommended some other service to help prevent any issues in the future. The whole experience was easy and painless. I’d recommend precision to anyone.

Last year I had installed my garage door with precision because I saw the great work that they did on my neighbors door, but the person that had installed my garage door didn't work as a professional and it discouraged me. After a while it started having problems and I called them again. The technician that they sent me this time worked really well and he worked like he knew what he was doing, which I really appreciated! Whoever has the chance to have Justin as a technician won't regret it! Precision is a great service and I would highly recommend.

Justin sized my older garage door as it was inconsistent as to opening and closing. He said the door still was still OK but just needed an opener. Very pleasant young man and a pleasant transaction. I would highly recommend he and the company.

Justin was very courteous, proficient, and he completed his work in a timely manner. I appreciated that he was nice enough to allow me to ask questions and he took the time to explain things. He even applied oil to the metal parts of the garage door, gave me instructions regarding what kind of oil, how often to apply it in the future. Thank you Justin!

We were heading out of town when the spring broke on the garage. We called several companies who could come and continue next day. Precision was will to come that day. The time slot was between 4-6. Isaac pulled in at 4:01. He assessed the situation. Gave us the cost and was finished within 30 minutes! Needless to say, I will be using Precision again.

They are so nice/friendly and very responsive. I have used them several times. Each time very professional. They call and text when the driver is on the way. They send a name/number/picture of the technician so you know who you will be dealing with. Extremely pleased with Precision! Wouldn't use anyone else!

Responsive, Courteous, Knowledgeable, Friendly. A pleasure to do business with. From intake to the technician top notch. The lady that took the work order was kind & patient. The tech was on the ball, assessed the issue and repaired it better than if it was new in a very timely manner. Even took out time to get me connected wirelessly. I didn't mind paying.....lol

Outstanding Service - came out to the house previously and provided an estimate/quote for total replacement of the garage door and trim. Ultimately scheduled a date for instalation. Technician (Patrick) arrived on time after a 'on my way' heads up text. Polite, courteous, professional. Excellent results, color perfect, operation extremely quiet and job completed within projected timed frame. Good cleanup afterward. I highly recommend these folks!
