When first calling Precision Door, you will be treated in a polite and professional manner. Before the service technician shows up you will get advanced notice with a picture of the Tech. The service technician I had, Daren, was professional, knowledgeable and we discussed a couple different options, the pros and cons of each and the decision was completely mine with no pressure. I was give a time frame for the repairs and a set price. It doesn't get any better than that.

The technician was fine. I believe the problem, which was a very small one, could have been taken care of over the telephone. If I had the opportunity to talk to the technician over the phone, I think it could’ve been solved without a service call. He took a plastic bag and put it inside the stripping at the bottom of the garage door. I don’t think that was worth $85. Maybe next time, try to assess the problem and offer an online solution without a service call.

There was a Precision sticker on door opener. I had a $20 off a new garage door opener but forgot to give it to installer. Do not put my review on web site.

Had a problem with my newly installed door. Nathan came back 2 days later. Worked on the door for an hour, couldn't solve the problem however is coming back in the next day or 2 to hopefully resolve the issue. Can't ask for more hands on service than this. Pleased with precision door and Nathan.
