Gave them a five star because of the prompt and professional service.Daren was our technician and arrived on time. We had a broken torsion spring and he checked everything out and explained what he was going to do and had it all done in less than an hour and also oiled all hinges and track. Very reasonable and will definitely use them again if needed.

We had an ancient (25 yr+) Craftsman opener replaced. Daren did an excellent job. Given the age of the house it was one of the few times that any repair was done without any major problems. I appreciate the prompt response to my call. Would definitely recommend Precision.

I installed precision door last year and had no issues. Recently my door was opening randomly and automatically. Most likely cause maybe the key we kept in kitchen drawer. Still I reached their customer service. Customer service response is really good. I called one time and they scheduled and sent technician quickly. Very professional. I highly recommend Precision.
