Very Pleased. Matt set up our appointment with sensitivity to our schedule. Daren Denton came right on time and did an excellent job. He was very personal and professional, and I was amazed at how quickly and well he finished the job, and then so patient to set up our apt phone, and go over everything with us and answer all our questions. Glad to recommend your company anytime. Also greatly appreciate the texts about Daren's arrival time and his photo. You all are very customer service centered. Great business.

Thank You Precision Door! I live in a home with again garage doors and they can be funky at times. Sunday evening the door went up a few inches and then down a few inches. I assumed it would be tough to find a quick fix but when I called Precision...due to the reviews...they had assigned someone to be out Monday morning. Darren arrived, assessed the situation quickly and offered options, honest opinions and a quick estimate. Being on a tight budget, it was super helpful to know ahead what the bill would be. Darren was so efficient and helped find the best solution - including the option to open the door remotely - walking me through all of these details. We even talked about replacement doors and what I should expect to pay realistically. I would definitely recommend Darren and Precision. I think most of us can tell when a company is straight up and a technician knows his/her stuff and most of all - has integrity in all aspect.

I was impressed that a company was open on Saturday. Service call on the same day. My problem was obvious, my 25 year old door needs to be replaced. Hopefully the time frame we discussed can be met, Service/sales representative was knowledgeable and friendly.

On June 21, 2023 (Wednesday) I had a technician come to check the noise in my garage door when the door goes coming up & down. Nice guy: he oil & Lubed all hinges. but today (Saturday) I still have the same problem! To me is sounds like the panels are 'bumping' together, as the door goes up & down. I thought the total lube job would fix the problem, but no, it is in the panels. Please let me know what can be done. Phone #859-971-0461. Sorry to give only 1 star, but my garage door is not fixed.

My experience with Precision Door from start to finish was exceptional. I called at 1:00 and technician, Derin, arrived an hour later. He moved with purpose and efficiency, is extremely knowledgeable, friendly too. He fixed everything on my 2 old 9’ doors. Safety of the doors was a priority for him and I appreciated his expertise very much.
