Last week a spring broke on one of our two garage doors. We called Precision and two service men arrived within the hour to install a new spring and spray some lube on the tracks and door hinges. When first calling Precision Door, you will be treated in a polite and professional manner. Before the service technician shows up you will get advanced notice with a picture of the Tech. The service technician I had, Daren, was professional, knowledgeable and we discussed a couple different options, the pros and cons of each and the decision was completely mine with no pressure. I was give a time frame for the repairs and a set price. It doesn't get any better than that.
