Matt was great! He was so informed on the garage door and the way he explained my issue with my cables made perfect sense afterwards. I had racked my door trying to DIY the issue myself and thought I was going to have to purchase a new bottom panel. Matt helped me pop out the dents and said he would try and hold off until steel and metal prices came down. It is very rare not to have someone trying to sell additional products/services to you. I am going to use his services at the fire department for our bay doors. Very professional and I enjoyed just general conversation with him.

I had a phone conversation with a gentleman before the repairman came out, I specifically said I had 1 spring broken on my door, he gave me a price for the spring. I repeated the price of the spring plus the price of the service call to him and he said yes that’s correct. They come out here and the guy says we have to replace both springs it’s company policy. I said I tried to avoid something like this with a simple call first, so I sent him away. Very poor communication with me, and I really felt deceived and was tried to be taken advantage of. The repairman was very nice and apologized for the mistake of the representative on the phone and said he should have informed me of the policy.
