Was able to get an appointment the day after my garage door broke. Justin showed up on time. Explained the issue with our garage opener thoroughly and what options that we had in fixing it, when he explained each one he was not pushy in the extra cost to each up grade. He knew his job and each component he was replacing. When finished he explained how to properly maintain our equipment going forward. We would recommend this company and if your lucky enough to get Justin assigned to your call, you won’t be disappointed!

We recently relocated from Florida to Kentucky and purchased a 13 year old home. The garage door was not insulated, vinyl no longer doing its job and could see the daylight coming through. Also the opener was on its last leg. We contacted Precision and Isaac came out and listened to our concerns and provided us with our options. After sticker shock, we went ahead and proceeded with getting a new insulated garage door and opener. Just had it installed yesterday by Ray. He took the time to go over everything with my husband and I. The door and opener are so quiet compared to what we had. Cannot see any light coming in on the sides compared to when we had one installed in Florida by a company down there. Would highly recommend to anyone in the market for a new garage door and/or opener.

Our door was slamming into the ground, seemed to grind and was noisy. In just an hour it was operating perfectly well and softly shutting. My two options to repair or fully rehab were clear, and everything needed was already on the truck. Fast, accurate, clearly explained repair that suited our needs. Many thanks!

Dillon came out and was wonderful and knowledgeable in product. We have a mowing business as a side income and needed our door spring fixed before the new door and motor would come in. He got approved a short term fix to allow us to get our equipment out. I’m looking forward to a new door, motor and the works. We had to call on a weekend and were very happy with the quick scheduling.

We had used Precision Garage three years ago and they were very professional, nice, helpful, and answered all of our questions. They haven't changed! They are still as great as they were in 2022. I highly recommend them to solve your garage door problems.

Daren did a great job installing a new garage door opener, rails and rollers. The old opener did not work and rollers were generating a lot of friction for the opener. He explained everything very thoroughly before he started the job. Would definitely have Precision do any follow up work if/when needed.

I was amazed at the quick response (within minutes) to my online contact on a Saturday. A service call was scheduled for Monday AM. I was contacted by text and then phone when the tech was on his way. The tech was very knowledgeable and explained what needed to be done and what other things I might want to do. There was no pressure. A recommendation from 2 friends, the BBB rating and the reviews on here were correct. The work was done well, quickly and as proposed.

Professional, friendly expert service. Our Technician repaired our broken garage door. Our garage door spring broke and our door was inoperable. The Technician Justin was professional and friendly. He explained what he was going to do and how he was going to do it. He explained the cost beforehand. Our garage door works fine now. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to our family and friends

Daren was great to work with. Explained all the problems with the door, not the least of which is that it was installed in 2005 so it's pretty old. He's going to bring it up to standard, explained everything he will do and I welcome an updated system.

I am very pleased with the work that was done in my garage. I have made the garage into a cabana/sunroom. I was thrilled that I didn’t have to buy a new garage door, but Justin was able to fix and do the repairs for me. Your service was very prompt And I’m glad for that.

Sorry ,not gonna be a good review here, you're company recommended my garage door opener along with my garage door, now your technician says that it was a bad choice,I paid 75 dollars for a service call, and was told that my "mother board" was bad ,he didn't even do a diagnostic check! I want my my money back immediately! This was a joke ! How could he know that the mother board is bad without doing a diagnostic check? Your service is shit and your technician was shit!

Steve fixed our garage door today in no time at all. He answered the phone when we called with our issue, came the very next day, had it repaired and fully functioning again for a very fair price. In fact, Steve has been there for us for every garage door issue we have had over the years. He's friendly, dependable, a great communicator, and a great guy too. We trust him with our home. There's no one else we'd call for garage doors. Thank you, Steve!

Love the fact that y'all do it all, from the new door, to the new hardware, the new trim and the new tin. That was the selling point for me on picking a new door. Blake was very easy to work with and not overbearing like other companies I had talked with. Thank you very much! Patrick was very personal and made sure we were happy with the door and the operation of it before he left for the day.

Justin did a great job! I received notification that he was on his way, and he showed up 10 minutes early which is a good thing. He was finished in less than an hour. He had to do a Torsion Changeover because mine was made by Wayne Dalton and they are longer in business and you can’t get parts. He replaced the Torsion spring, 9 foot torsion tube, a set of lift drums, center bearing, end bearing, and set of cables. He was very friendly, courteous and informative. I wholeheartedly recommend Precision Door!
