Installed 2 doors and 2 openers. Very satisfied with istallation and operation of doors. I would highly recommend Precision. I got 3 bids, Precision was not the cheapest, but I think the quality of there product was much better than the other two. Cheaper is not always the best route to go.

Our garage door spring broke very early on a Sunday morning making it impossible to get our car out of our garage. We contacted Precision because we had recently seen advertising for their business which actually mentioned spring repair and saw there was no extra charge for a weekend service call. They came out within hours of our call. Andrew was extremely professional, personable, and helpful. He thoroughly explained the problem and needed repair before starting. We had planned to replace our old keypad and garage door seals in the near future and he was happy to take care of those additional items same day. I never write reviews for products or companies, but we were so pleased with the prompt and professional service received I wanted to share our positive experience with others.

The spring broke on my garage door. When reviewing with Justin Byers, we chose to do the double door torsion overhaul which included 2 Torsion springs, set of lift drums, center and end bearings, lift cables, and new rollers. We also added a new button seal and retainer for seal. Justin worked diligently to do the overhaul as efficiently, carefully, and completely as possible. He was thorough, and did quality work and explained what he was doing as he worked. Thank you Justin and Precision Door for the quality repairs.

Why is it things break on the weekend, especially a Sunday morning trying to get to church. Whatever the reason we were pleasantly surprised that someone was actually in the office, took our call and we had a technician at our house in about an hour. Casey was very professional, very nice and explained all that needed to be done. We really appreciate the service we received, from the office to the technician, especially on a Sunday.
