Blake came promptly after contacting me. This was an appointment to get an estimate for a new garage door and opener. Blake took his time going over the various styles/colors/hardware available. Certainly no fault of your company or Blakes but unfortunately it will be the first of the year before receiving the door. I do understand this is a common day occurrence every where!! Your awards and BBB membership. Your quick response times and variety of times. I was needing an opener repair but was so impressed with the service I ended up replacing opener and garage door. And yes, it was all my idea! NO high pressure sales!!! Wish all companies provided sales and service like Precision!!

Ordered doors and openers and there was a small error with the order. This, however, was corrected in a cordial and timely manner. The gentlemen who worked on the doors were friendly, and performed efficiently and effectively. The doors work great and they did an excellent job on the trim. The drop down boxes below do not allow for more than one choice and therefore are slightly misleading on the size of the job.

The installer came but I had to have a new opener. I do not have your standard size doors. So they had to order and should be here on Monday. He said they would call as soon as they got in and would come and install. Very nice man Fran Desmond was the service tech.

I could not get an answer at the local garage door shop so I called precision. I got an answer right away and they offered to send someone out within a few hours but I had them come the next day which was a Saturday! Francis was the technician and he had a new garage door opener installed in less than two hours. He also connected the garage door opener to the car. I am very satisfied with this company and their staff.
