While reading reviews from garage door service providers for my region I was pretty confident that Precision would be the ideal company for ke to do business with, and I wasn't disappointed. The technician came on scheduled time, after the courtesy call telling me he was on his way. Presented himself in a professional way and was very skilled on performing the task at hand. He explained to me the options I had for the service and/or upgrades. Did a great job and I am very happy with the result. Would definetely call Precision for all my garage door needs and I will gladly spread the word around to my neighbors and friends.

I recently needed a couple of remote openers for my garage door. Being new to the area I first called a local garage door company (their name was on a sticker on the garage door.). I called 3 times, always getting an answering machine. I left 3 messages but did not get any return calls. So I called Precision and talked to a person and not a machine. They were able to send someone out that day, as a matter of fact they arrived within the hour. The tech, Anthony, checked the hinges and other mechanical workings of the door. He found two broken hinges which he replaced as well as programmed the 2 new remotes to my door. I was very pleased with the prompt service and will be sure to call Precision in the future if I have any problems with my garage door.

As with most homes, something is going to go wrong on the weekend and being able to get help was wonderful. We could not be happier with Precision. From calling and arranging an appointment to the professionalism of the technician. Nathan was well groomed, polite, and knowledgeable. He knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it in no time. The truck are also clean and professional, which reflects on the company. Precision is a keeper.

It was just a routine repair that I had planned on doing myself. Steve delivered the part I ordered and when I asked if it was difficult to do myself he said "Not with 2 people. Want some help?". Just like that Steve gets his tools and starts without another word... In 10 minutes we're done and he begins to inspect our aging opener. He never tries to sell us a new one but notices the bottom of the door doesn't align. It never did... but Steve gets to work and meticulously gets the door better aligned than it had ever been. Never asked for a dollar. That's precision... That's our new Garage Door Company.

I was very happy with the response time of Precision Garage Doors. Nathan was the tech who replaced my garage door motor. He was prompt and very courteous. The spring on our garage door snapped yesterday evening. Precision came early the next day and gave me multiple repair options with zero pressure. We ended up replacing the springs, cables, and rollers. The door now opens extremely quietly and smoothly, and we're extremely happy at the fantastic friendly service and reasonable prices. We phoned Monday afternoon, a holiday, to see about getting our garage door fixed as the tension spring had broken over the weekend. We were pleasantly surprised when they were able to come first thing in the morning. James arrived timely and I was amazed at how quickly he completed the job. Had used to fix a door many years ago and when the door got damaged again I called them to see if they could fix it this time. Unfortunately they could not fix it since it was so damaged. I inquired with them about a replacement and its cost. They ordered the door we wanted and when it arrives was out to put up the new door and hardware. Roger was great in installation and was very customer oriented. We were very eased with the whole process and would recommend PDS to anyone!
