Blake came promptly after contacting me. This was an appointment to get an estimate for a new garage door and opener. Blake took his time going over the various styles/colors/hardware available. Certainly no fault of your company or Blakes but unfortunately it will be the first of the year before receiving the door. I do understand this is a common day occurrence every where!! I would highly recommend this company to anybody who needs a new garage door or opener.They did everything they said they would do when I asked them to come out for the estimate. The installer was very professional( Will Kidwell) and the workmanship was outstanding. I’ve had three garage doors now installed in this house since I built it 20 years ago this is by far the best door and opener of the three. THANK YOU PRECISION!!!

Ordered doors and openers and there was a small error with the order. This, however, was corrected in a cordial and timely manner. The gentlemen who worked on the doors were friendly, and performed efficiently and effectively. The doors work great and they did an excellent job on the trim. The drop down boxes below do not allow for more than one choice and therefore are slightly misleading on the size of the job.

The installer came but I had to have a new opener. I do not have your standard size doors. So they had to order and should be here on Monday. He said they would call as soon as they got in and would come and install. Very nice man Fran Desmond was the service tech.

I could not get an answer at the local garage door shop so I called precision. I got an answer right away and they offered to send someone out within a few hours but I had them come the next day which was a Saturday! Francis was the technician and he had a new garage door opener installed in less than two hours. He also connected the garage door opener to the car. I am very satisfied with this company and their staff.

While reading reviews from garage door service providers for my region I was pretty confident that Precision would be the ideal company for ke to do business with, and I wasn't disappointed. The technician came on scheduled time, after the courtesy call telling me he was on his way. Presented himself in a professional way and was very skilled on performing the task at hand. He explained to me the options I had for the service and/or upgrades. Did a great job and I am very happy with the result. Would definetely call Precision for all my garage door needs and I will gladly spread the word around to my neighbors and friends.
