I called and you were out here within a day. Also, he examined and repaired and aligned the door. He put a surge protector on the outlet and set each remote. Also the pad, he reset it and save me money by not having to buy a new one. Thank you for being honest.

Daren did a great job installing a new garage door opener, rails and rollers. The old opener did not work and rollers were generating a lot of friction for the opener. I had had a Precision technician out to check on my garage door some time ago and I don't recall what the problem was anymore but I know he didn't charge me and ended up oiling the rollers and making sure the door was working well. This time the door was tripping a gfr button and the technician advised me to get the door up-graded to standard, which meant installing a second roller, plus some other changes. He completed the work in a short time and the door is so much quieter and works well now.

Daren, the Technician, called about 10 minutes prior to arrival. The door was operating properly when he arrived, but he noticed an installation problem with the wiring quickly. He suspects this could be causing the problems. He corrected this on both doors.
