I chose Precision because of the excellent reviews. Their website is very informative with product design ideas. They came out quickly upon request to measure and get our preferences. Will installed our new garage door. He did an excellent job and we are very pleased with the door. We couldn't have had a better experience.

Jacob was the technician who responded to my service call for inop garage door opener. He gave me a thorough run down of my options. I decided to go with a new garage door opener. A smart decision. Jacob had everything on the truck needed, installed in about 90 minutes and gave me the run down on all the controls and usage. I was very pleased with his professional service. He luricated all the moving parts and even helped me program my built in car opener. Would highly recommend Precision Door & Garage Service for repair or replacement. And....the opener is so quiet! 5 stars from me.

It was just a routine repair that I had planned on doing myself. Steve delivered the part I ordered and when I asked if it was difficult to do myself he said "Not with 2 people. Want some help?". Just like that Steve gets his tools and starts without another word... In 10 minutes we're done and he begins to inspect our aging opener. He never tries to sell us a new one but notices the bottom of the door doesn't align. It never did... but Steve gets to work and meticulously gets the door better aligned than it had ever been. Never asked for a dollar. That's precision... That's our new Garage Door Company.

My great experience first started with the service call. The receptionist was absolutely kind and felt my panic mode (lol). She thoroughly explained the earliest a Tech could get to me and who would be coming and that he would call before coming. To my surprise, the Tech phoned minutes later and said he could get to me in approximately 25 minutes. Before I knew it, my door was up and going. Thank U again Nathan. He was so nice and professional despite the freezing temps.
