I was having trouble with my garage door closing. I called and got a tech out with a few hours. Anthony was very professional. He diagnosed and resolved my issue quickly and efficiently. I was also able to use one of the coupons from the website for a discount. Great service. I will definitely use Precision in the future for door issues.

This is an epitome of good customer service. I received a confirmation in my email immediately after I spoke to the representative over the phone. They promised they will arrive tomorrow morning between 10 and noon which they did. The technician was very courteous, knowledgeable and got the job done in a timely manner. Love my new garage door. It was the easiest process I have had on having something installed. From the moment Steve came to give me a bid for the door to the installation itself.
