He quickly identified the problem, explained what he needed to do, the parts needed, and the cost of the repair. He had me test the door, went over everything he had done, and gave me some tips on things we could do to make our garage door last longer. My friend and neighbor enthusiastically suggested I contact Precision Door when a spring broke. The garage door and torsion system was 11 years-old and had out-lived the 10 warranty from the company that had installed it. So I took my friend’s advice, got online and scheduled a service app Tim et with Precision for the following morning. Isaac Smoot, my service tech arrived on time and quickly identified the underlying issue. He explained everything to me, explaining how my system had served me very well, was well maintained, but had simply reached the end of its cycle. He got to work performing a rebuild, and within an hour, everything was better than new at a reasonable cost and with a 10-year warranty. Isaac was personable, professional, and knowledgeable. I don’t expect any issues, but should something arise, I know I will be in good hands. Thanks, Isaac for your excellent service!
