I spoke with Will on 10-5-23. I told him about my the problem with my garage. He was polite. He told what he thought the problem was. And he quoted me a reasonable price to replace the sensors. Issac came to the house. He was nice and professional. He said the sensors was the problem. He replaced the sensors. He told me my springs would need replacing. The spring was making a poping noise. Issac replaced the spring. The cost wad reasonable. I would recommend This company.

We were having issues with our garage door, so I called Precision Door of Lexington this morning. They told me a tech would be out today between 12-2. Tech Isaac Smoot called me at 12:30 to let me know he’d arrive at my house around 1pm. He showed up on time, reviewed our door, and proposed some options for repair. We ended up repairing everything it needed, and Isaac completed all the work efficiently without any issues. He showed me how it was running smoothly before he left our house.
