Sorry ,not gonna be a good review here,you're company recommended my garage door opener along with my garage door,now your technician says that it was a bad choice,I paid 75 dollars for a service call,and was told that my "mother board" was bad ,he didn't even do a diagnostic check! I want my my money back immediately! This was a joke ! How could he know that the mother board is bad without doing a diagnostic check? Your service is shit and your technician was shit!

Justin did a great job! I received notification that he was on his way, and he showed up 10 minutes early which is a good thing. He was finished in less than an hour. He had to do a Torsion Changeover because mine was made by Wayne Dalton and they are longer in business and you can’t get parts. He replaced the Torsion spring, 9 foot torsion tube, a set of lift drums, center bearing, end bearing, and set of cables. He was very friendly, courteous and informative. Last year I had installed my garage door with precision because I saw the great work that they did on my neighbors door, but the person that had installed my garage door didn't work as a professional and it discouraged me. After a while it started having problems and I called them again. Originally we thought the price was too high but after the installation it was a very fair price. We were so impressed with the quality of the door and the installer. I just searched the internet for garage door repair. I initially called Overhead Door in Lexington, but had to leave a message. I then called Precision and scheduled service. When the technician arrived I discovered that I had misunderstood the phone quote, but that was on me. I was satisfied with the repair, but not the cost which was $85 for the service call and $150 for the repair. As luck would have it, Overhead Door called me back the next day. I discovered their service fee for me would have been $55 and the repair would have been $110 per hour with a minimum one hour, which in my case was all that was needed, for a total of $165. In addition I was told that if I replaced the spring they would only replace it with a two spring system, and my door only has one. Overhead Door said if I wanted to stay with one spring that was an option which would save me a significant amount of money. I'm 70 years old, retired, divorced, single income, so every dollar counts. Have you ever made a purchase and discovered the very next day you could have saved a significant amount of money? You know that sick feeling!! If Precision reads this and wants to do the right thing they could reimburse me the $70 I feel I overpaid, otherwise buyer beware!!!!
