I called Precision for service on our 32 year old opener. When it refused to work on 6/30/25, I investigated and found the sprocket had detached from the motor spindle. An appoint was set for the next morning. Justin Byers called me ahead of time to tell m he would be there. That was preceded by a text with his name and photo. It turned out that my opener was not repairable - not surprising for a 32 year old unit. He offered to sell me a new unit and went over the options he suggested. He had the unit on his truck and it was fully installed in 2 hours. I am very please. I cannot say enough good things about Justin's work and professionalism. The most important things to me in selecting Precision was reading the multiple reviews. I would certainly use them again.

My appointment was confirmed immediately, with a reminder text the evening. Asking me to confirm. Justin Byers called to let me know he was on his way. He was prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, informative and quickly diagnosed the problem. He did not have the unit I needed for replacement, but informed me they had been ordered and were awaiting confirmation. Once they arrive, I will be scheduled for service. He looked at my second door and agreed that the seals needed replacement. That will be done as well. I’m very happy with this service call. Justin explained everything as he trouble shot the problem. Sorry ,not gonna be a good review here,you're company recommended my garage door opener along with my garage door,now your technician says that it was a bad choice,I paid 75 dollars for a service call,and was told that my "mother board" was bad ,he didn't even do a diagnostic check! I want my my money back immediately! This was a joke ! How could he know that the mother board is bad without doing a diagnostic check? Your service is shit and your technician was shit!

Justin did a great job! I received notification that he was on his way, and he showed up 10 minutes early which is a good thing. He was finished in less than an hour. He had to do a Torsion Changeover because mine was made by Wayne Dalton and they are longer in business and you can’t get parts. He replaced the Torsion spring, 9 foot torsion tube, a set of lift drums, center bearing, end bearing, and set of cables. He was very friendly, courteous and informative. I wholeheartedly recommend Precision Door!

While Justin was very friendly and helpful in explaining the parts of the garage door that were missing, he did not solve the problem and the next day the door did not close again. We had to call for service a second time and now have to have much of the door working parts replaced after being told the door was fine.
