I spoke with Will on 10-5-23. I told him about my the problem with my garage. He was polite. He told what he thought the problem was. And he quoted me a reasonable price to replace the sensors. Issac came to the house. He was nice and professional. He said the sensors was the problem. He replaced the sensors. He told me my springs would need replacing. The spring was making a poping noise. Issac replaced the spring. The cost wad reasonable. I would recommend This company.

We chose Precision Overhead Garage Service because it was a Liftmaster dealer and our garage opener has a Liftmaster opener. We also chose it because it was a local business with good web ratings. We were pleased at how easy it was to schedule an appointment online, and we were able to schedule the repair for the next day. Isaac repaired our garage door for us. We were having issues with our garage door, so I called Precision Door of Lexington this morning. They told me a tech would be out today between 12-2. Tech Isaac Smoot called me at 12:30 to let me know he’d arrive at my house around 1pm. He showed up on time, reviewed our door, and proposed some options for repair. We ended up repairing everything it needed, and Isaac completed all the work efficiently without any issues. He showed me how it was running smoothly before he left our house. I would highly recommend PDS Lex and Isaac to anyone! This is the second time we have used them, and have been pleased both times.

My friend and neighbor enthusiastically suggested I contact Precision Door when a spring broke. The garage door and torsion system was 11 years-old and had out-lived the 10 warranty from the company that had installed it. So I took my friend’s advice, got online and scheduled a service app Tim et with Precision for the following morning. Isaac Smoot, my service tech arrived on time and quickly identified the underlying issue. He explained everything to me, explaining how my system had served me very well, was well maintained, but had simply reached the end of its cycle. He got to work performing a rebuild, and within an hour, everything was better than new at a reasonable cost and with a 10-year warranty. Isaac was personable, professional, and knowledgeable. I don’t expect any issues, but should something arise, I know I will be in good hands. Thanks, Isaac for your excellent service! In the future, I will do as my neighbor did and recommend Precision Door to my family and friends.
