Had one of our door openers break and could not get car out to go to work. Called several places and had no answers. Called Precision and person named Will answered. Very polite and helpful. Had us on schedule same day. Darren the installer called at time they said he would. Came and looked at our situation. Made several checks of current equipment. Did complete overhaul of door we had and installed new opener all with in a few hours. Pleasure to deal with. Explained everything he did. Definitely the company to use. We will call them back when our other door needs upgrade. Will use this company again for sure.

When searching for garage service, I felt Precision’s website was the most informative and I liked having the options of 24/7 service if needed. When I called, the representative was prompt and knowledgeable in getting my service scheduled. Darren and Doug arrived on the early side of the timeframe I was given on the phone (which I greatly appreciated), and they quickly diagnosed the issue.
