We called in the evening and the employee Andrew was able to come the next morning. He was very professional and prompt in installing a new garage door opener. He made sure to help us install the app and make sure everything was working as it should. We were very impressed with this company and Andrew as an employee. I will also say that we called multiple companies about purchasing and installing the new opener and Precision had the best price plus they had great service.

I am extremely happy with Precision! I called them late in the day and explained the problem with my garage door opener. They sent a technician, Andrew, to my house and repaired the opener within the hour! Since it was late on Friday I wasn’t expecting to have it repaired until next week much less within the hour! Andrew was very professional, polite and friendly. He replaced the sensors on the opener rather than suggesting I get a complete new opener. I appreciate that since money is a factor. I also took advantage of the coupon offered on their website. They are a top notch business!

I had a broken spring and had called around everyone was just say they was busy and could not get to me even the company that installed the doors. I called Precision door service the man I talked to set me up today between 8 and 10. I was called by the repairman few minutes after 8 giving me an ETA of 8:30 Andrew pulled into the drive right on time. This man is a professional, I feel he did a great job and I am a person of some knowledge and I know this was done right. He answered all my questions.
