Originally we thought the price was too high but after the installation it was a very fair price. We were so impressed with the quality of the door and the installer. Our new door is so quiet and we can tell a difference in the insulation because our garage is warmer. We would highly recommend this company to anyone that needs a new garage door.

Thank You Precision Door! I live in a home with again garage doors and they can be funky at times. Sunday evening the door went up a few inches and then down a few inches. I assumed it would be tough to find a quick fix but when I called Precision...due to the reviews...they had assigned someone to be out Monday morning. Darren arrived, assessed the situation quickly and offered options, honest opinions and a quick estimate. Being on a tight budget, it was super helpful to know ahead what the bill would be. Darren was so efficient and helped find the best solution - including the option to open the door remotely - walking me through all of these details. We even talked about replacement doors and what I should expect to pay realistically. I would definitely recommend Darren and Precision. I think most of us can tell when a company is straight up and a technician knows his/her stuff and most of all - has integrity in all aspect.

Our key pad and remotes had been faulting off and on in the last month and not working. We called Precision and Blake Angel was our technician. He did a great job at assessing the problem which was the circuit board. While there he also took care of a few things like a bolt that he could see was loosened and basic maintenance.
