I choose Precision for my garage door needs in all honesty because they were located in Nicholasville. I couldn't get the door open and my car was stuck in the garage. I was pleasantly surprised to find that they could come the same day. I was given the name of the technician before he arrived, the vehicle was clearly marked and the technician was very professional and courteous. He made all necessary repairs and took time to show me the features on the new opener that he had installed. I recommend them highly.

Matt was great! He was so informed on the garage door and the way he explained my issue with my cables made perfect sense afterwards. I had racked my door trying to DIY the issue myself and thought I was going to have to purchase a new bottom panel. Matt helped me pop out the dents and said he would try and hold off until steel and metal prices came down. It is very rare not to have someone trying to sell additional products/services to you.
