He took the time to explain a couple of options and listened to all of my concerns to figure out the best option to suit my needs. He was friendly and helpful. They had 24 hr service. I called at 10pm and they were there at a 945am next morning. Michael did a great job ,was courteous, and explained what needed to be done. He did offer a overhaul deal , but was not a pressure deal ,just an option. Glad I did take it . Door is so quiet now just like new !

Matt, the service technician, was available earlier than scheduled so he texted and called before coming out. When he arrived he quickly diagnose the problem and fixed it promptly. He proceeded to check out the system, grease and oil it as necessary and gave tips on possible other maintenance that I could do. His service was outstanding! We had a broken torsion spring and he checked everything out and explained what he was going to do and had it all done in less than an hour and also oiled all hinges and track. Matt, the tech, made a special phone call for me to check on an older warranty and it was found quite quickly. Matt replaced the springs and it works like a gem.
