Andrew was fantastic. He’s very helpful, and explains everything that needs to be done. This is the second time we’ve needed assistance with our garage door (the spring had snapped and needed to be repaired the first time), and we have no complaints. Steve and Theresa were great to work with. Our realtor recommended them. Precision went over and above to make sure we were taken care of when a house we bought had a garage door that needed replaced. They came out and got us set up until the new door arrived. Steve even got us set up with a keypad and garage door opener (since the seller didn't leave one). From start to finish, the service was quick, well done and professional. Thanks y'all!

Called Precision for repair this morning because sensors not working properly. They sent repairman today. Michael was very knowledgeable about how garage opener worked. Not only did he replace the sensors, which he checked and found to my surprise, still under warranty, but adjusted open and close settings, lubricated garage door, and made sure keyless pad operated properly. Thank you Precision and especially, Michael!!!
