Your awards and BBB membership. Your quick response times and variety of times. I was needing an opener repair but was so impressed with the service I ended up replacing opener and garage door. And yes, it was all my idea! NO high pressure sales!!! Wish all companies provided sales and service like Precision!!

Had a problem with my newly installed door. Nathan came back 2 days later. Worked on the door for an hour, couldn't solve the problem however is coming back in the next day or 2 to hopefully resolve the issue. Can't ask for more hands on service than this. Pleased with precision door and Nathan.

Your price why I chose Precision. Your service and my experience is why I will choose Precision again. You sent a photo in a text of the employee who would arrive. He arrived just a few minutes earlier than your first estimate which was great for me. No fuss but went straight to your knowing exactly what to do. He was fast with no lost actions. Also he is a pleasant conversationalist. You should ensure he stays an employee.

These guys are, HANDS DOWN, the best garage door company in Lexington. I've had a couple issues with my old decrepit garage door and Precision has kept it working well beyond expectation. It's time to get a new one and there was only one place I was going to call!!! Precision's prices are unbeatable and their customer service is second to none. Fran Desmond called to let me know his arrival time as I requested and was on time! So unexpected based on my previous experience with other contractors. Fran was both respectful and courteous. He knows his business and offered me several options for repairing and/or replacing my garage door. Based on his overall professionalism I opted to go all the way with Precision and take care of this door issue once and for all. Almost forgot, it is/was so nice to speak with a real person on the telephone!

These folks responded the same day I called and were able to fix my opener immediately. Will, the technician, was great. Gave me options for the repairs and told me how much each would cost, He replaced wall pad, key pad, and remote then even reprogrammed both the vehicle openers . Great service and reasonably priced. Highly recommend them.

Came out early Saturday morning. My door was an overhead door and the spring broke. It had a one year Warrenty . Precision gives a 5 year Warrenty.

Ordered doors and openers and there was a small error with the order. This, however, was corrected in a cordial and timely manner. The gentlemen who worked on the doors were friendly, and performed efficiently and effectively. The doors work great and they did an excellent job on the trim. The drop down boxes below do not allow for more than one choice and therefore are slightly misleading on the size of the job.
